"I recently purchased Harry's shave cream from CVS pharmacy, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. This product is simply terrible. It feels like spreading glue on your face rather than a smooth, creamy shaving cream. Not only is it difficult to apply, but it also provides no moisturizing effect whatsoever, leaving my skin feeling dry and irritated after shaving. It's baffling how such a subpar product ended up on store shelves. Save your money and invest in a better shaving cream. Absolutely awful."

You know it is bad when you hold on for pharmacy 3 times at 20 minutes each and the phone just STOPS & DROPS each time. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would rather you pick up and put me on hold; at least then I am acknowledged. Oh and update that music and advertisement. Bad CVS, BAD‼️

I went to my CVS in fallbrook CA wanted to buy an item where it had posted 25% off and it would not scan the sale price . The clerk went to check and he saw the sale was posted but wasn’t supposed to be still up for sale . He said he couldn’t adjust the price ? Aren’t you supposed to though ? Also was trying to sign up for quick express pharmacist just said I don’t know how to and just gave me a paper to tell me how ? Aren’t you supposed to know now since you are working in the pharmacy at CVS? Omg I won’t be using this store anymore . Thanks for nothing

They are horrible! Pharmacy will not answer phone. Called front store left a message and still NO call. I NEVER use them for this reason but had to because they are a 24 hour pharmacy. Never will I do this again! Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all cost. This was the Lake Murray Blvd location.

Honestly, does CVS hire 12 year olds to work at their pharmacy? The kid with the pink hair is ridiculously rude. I said thank you. He had no response. So I repeated it. His response? Mmmhmmm. He's too busy talking about sodas that were dropped off in the break room to his fellow 12 year old coworkers. No one at the registers, I'm forced to do a job I do not get paid to do. I know this review does not matter, but damn.

The store at Newton Plaza is a disaster. CVS is supposed to participate in a program with CDPHP. There are tons of problems with the program. I checked the CDPHP paper catalogue for covered items. When I brought them to the cash register, the items were not covered. I asked the manager who said that she did not know anything about it. CVS has flags on the shelves to identify items covered by this Over The Counter Program. I brought those items to the register, but those items were not covered. The manager said that those items are covered by Aetna Insurance but not by CDPHP. However, the shelving flags don't distinguish. I checked the CDPHP online catalogue for covered items. I brought them to the register, but the register would not accept them. I went to the register and a disabled woman was in line in front of me. The casher asked me to place my items on the counter; however, I pointed out that the disabled woman was before me in line. The casher corrected me and said that the disabled woman was doing self-check out. While I was trying to check out, the disabled woman got in line behind me. No one had offered to help her at the self-check out. As I was leaving the store, the disabled woman was having problems with checking out with the cashier. The disabled woman had to wait and wait. On my CVS receipt, it encouraged me to participate in a CVS survey. I tried, but the website didn't work. Instead, It asked for my credit card number. We should all switch to Walgreen's.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy department. For multiple days and various times I have been on hold for the pharmacy without anyone answering. My doctor's office has had the same issue and has left voicemails and written documents and my script still isn't filled - it's been 2 weeks. As of this writing I have been on hold for over 50 minutes listening to frenetic music that I'm sure is designed to force the caller to hang up. Tomorrow I will show up at the pharmacy and not leave until I talk to an actual person and then have my provider change to another pharmacy and file a formal complaint. Update: same day - wound up on hold for 1 hr and 30 min! No answer. I just wanted to see how long it would take and finally gave up. Sent a formal complaint to the N. Carolina Pharmacy board and also to my insurance company who recommends CVS as a provider
