Stood in register line forever. Went back to pharmacy line. Was told I should back up front. When I tried explain that NO ONE was up front, she started blasting me with she's too busy, what do you expect me to do to about it, etc? I simply all items beside her cash register thin left CVS to return NO MORE! CVS corp should know.

My experience started out very good but ended poorly. Since I needed other items, I went inside. The first cashier to help me was friendly, efficient and handled herself in a most professional manner. My receipt indicates her name was Brandy at the CVS Whitsett NC store at 6310 Burlington Rd. Date May 17, 2024 at 4:36 PM. The first time through the check out line (wait time approximately 20-25 min) only one of my medications was available. Even though both medications are set up on the ready fill program. I had called on May 15 and the recording said they would be ready on the 17th. So the first time Brandy advised only one was ready but I could go to the “consultation window) to find out if another store had my medication. So I stood in line at the “consultation window” for maybe 5 - 7 minutes. The nice lady found that the delivery truck had actually arrived and they could get my needed medication filled if I could wait just a few minutes. I agreed and the prescription was filled in record time. The pharmacy person brought the prescription to the cash register and placed it by the cashier and called out my name. This cashier was very very very unprofessional. I do not have her name because I could not see a name tag. Perhaps you can identify her by the time of day and the fact that she had orange hair. She was the only one working with orange hair. I assumed incorrectly that since I had already stood in line twice and that this prescription was no charge that I could get checked out quickly. But no, she told me “not politely” that I needed to go to the back of the line. So of course I tried to explain that I had already stood in line and already purchased one prescription only to have to wait for the second one to be filled. She ignored me and called the next person in line. After she finished with that customer, I picked up my prescription and asked her once again to check me out. She said I would have to ask that customer if she could check me out. So I explained to the customer briefly what had happened and she said of course it was ok. The cashier grabbed my prescription and placed it with the other cashier (Brandy) and said she would have to ring it up. Brandy was already working with another customer with a problem which took approximately 5 more minutes. Brandy finally is able to check me out and was most apologetic for me having to wait. I thanked her for her service and told her she was most helpful not like some of the other personnel who worked there. Probably should not have made the last comment but I was exasperated by this time. The lady with the orange hair then said to me “maybe next time you will be nicer. I could not and would not respond to that remark. I’ve been shopping at this store since it opened and until May 17 have never had a complaint. This was just horrible customer service and I truly felt bullied. If I can’t go through the drive-thru, I will not be going inside. From now on, I’ll just buy my other items at a different store.

I have been dealing with CVS in Fuquay-Varina, NC for a long time. Over the last year the service is terrible. I registered for automated delivery of my medications over a year ago. Every time my prescriptions are refilled, I get a message to come pick them up. I can't come pick them up which is why I registered for auto-delivery. So, every time I have to call in, wait from 20 mins - an hour for someone to pick up. Then they say, the meds will be delivered mailed next morning. Sometimes they are sometimes I have to keep calling back. I have gone up to 2 weeks without my meds because of this. So. what happens if I have a stroke because I couldn't take my Meds? Obviously, I'm not a priority, so I'm taking my business to Walgreen. Very poor customer service. Couldn't even speak with a supervisor. Said he's on vacation indefinitely. smdh And the earliest I can get my meds is Monday. :-(

EDIT * just got back from trying to get my script again. quote from pharmacist " yea i've already talked to 3 people about this today " with attitude . i'm sorry that my essential for survival medications are interrupting your day even though 4 hrs later i still don't have what i need. Every single time i have to pick up a prescription its a fight . I have never had my script filled properly in years. i've had the same scripts i've needed to stay alive for 34 years. yet, every single time i walk into this place i have to make 26 calls to insurance and dr to get the script right. so i contact my dr and every single time he sends the same script 12 different times to them….. yet every single time i try to pick it up. they only have 1 month instead of 3 .cost the same price for 1 month as it does 3 . Every single time i get some excuse as to why the order is messed up and waste another 2-3 peoples time trying to fix these morons mistakes. i've called insurance and dr multiple times and issue is always solved. the only issue is thru the cvs and their incompetence. Every single time it is an issue and their trash ass attitude doesn't help. Im sorry you chose a poorly ran company to work for. but please get my scripts that are required for survival when im supposed to have them and the proper amount. i know this wont help and next time i go there will be a terrible experience . ive asked multiple people in store and others i know that are forced to go there like me . and every single person ive talked to said the same thing . this is the worst experience . every single time they go to this location something is wrong for them as well. The service I received at the CVS located at 12940 Saratoga-Sunnyvale Rd. during my recent visit to pick up my prescriptions was abysmal. Upon reaching my car, I discovered a critical error: one of the essential medications I needed was missing from my bag. Returning to the store, I encountered a swift resolution from the female pharmacist, which I VERY MUCH appreciated. However, my experience took a nosedive due to the appalling behavior of a tall male pharmacist who wore a pair of black-rimmed glasses. His unprofessional and disrespectful demeanor was utterly unacceptable. When I requested to return an excess topical gel tube, he said "it's a hassle for us to process the return, so next time you'd better do it when you receive your medicine." His condescending remarks, including the suggestion that I should have foreseen the mistake, were outrageous. He should have known that the medicines were in a STAPLED bag (CVS stapled it), the contents were concealed. This is not the way to treat a customer even if I made a mistake,... no wonder this pharmacy is rated so low. I would have given a minus review if I could. The female pharmacist saved it.

CVS failed to follow-up, failed to communicate, failed to give correct information. There are long details, however, I will summarize by saying how disappointed I am with the total lack of correct information which has resulted in my not having critical emergency medications I must have which prevents me from another 911 call and 2 weeks in the Critical Care Unit. I don't have the energy to expand. I would suggest using another pharmacy. Poor internal collaboration to say the least.

Needed to obtain vaccinations for a trip to Africa. For two of 6 vaccinations, CVS online vaccination booking service intentionally re-routed me to CVS "MinuteClinic", where extra fees are charged for the same service that the CVS pharmacy provides at no extra cost. Was charged $45 extra. A deliberate attempt to extract charges from patients without delivering one penny's worth of additional value. Shameful.

Never yet had a pleasant experience at the Wexford CVS. I dread visiting the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. The Pharmacy staff are rude, stoic and lazy. They may as well be robots. I just wanted the woman to correct my phone number so I could use my care card. She said she didn’t know how to do that (did not try, I was the only customer at the time). She said “go up front”. I did, took the cashier all of 30 seconds to correct. Been picking up prescriptions there for years, they never fail, always the same I could care less attitude!
