Some of the merchandise is filthy dirty, why? I did not receive a receipt for my purchase. I received an in store receipt tape of store information. I found a human. I was told I could only have a reprint of my receipt. She printed it and rudely beckoned me to walk to her to retrieve it. I felt like an inconvenience to her “majesty,” not. No thank you, CVS.

I am compelled to share my negative experience at CVS in College Park, where I bought an iPhone charger for which I paid $37.08. Both the wire and the wall mount failed to work. Seeking help from the manager, John to return it, only added to the frustration as his approach was rude and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor service and product quality at a well-known establishment. I advise potential customers to steer clear of this CVS branch for their purchasing needs. My husband and I made appointments for vaccinations at the CVS located in Gun Barrel City, Texas. We checked in and were told to have a seat. After waiting for 30 minutes we checked to see if the pharmacist would give us our vaccination soon. We were told that they would get to us when possible because they were busy. We saw the pharmacist walk out of the store with pharmacy area. He returned a bit later. After waiting for one hour we again asked about our vaccinations because we had another appointment elsewhere. The staff was very rude and said we'd just need to wait until the pharmacist could get to us. We ended up having to cancel our appointments and left. The staff was rude and totally uncooperative. Never will we use this CVS in GBC, TX.

This is specific to the Sandy 700 East CVS. People waiting in line are invisible. Six people running around in the background, one customer at the counter and five waiting in line to get helped. Drive thru was even worse. The sign says "full Service," but the pharmacy staff has a different understanding. What a burden customers are at this location. CVS plans to close 900 stores in 2024. I can only hope that this location is one of them.

I have never been NOT able to call the pharmacy at CVS until today! I’m so happy I DO NOT use them anymore!! I tried to get a mistake script transferred to my new pharmacy ( of 7 months now) and you have to leave a voice mail! Unbelievable! She just returned my call, I asked her when they stopped answering calls from patients., she said the beginning of May 2024! So good luck people who are pharmacy members! I’m happy I’m not anymore!

Made an online order (Herndon VA CVS), it went through just fine, credit card approved; then hours later received a cancellation notice without reason. I called to find out the Herndon Store is out of stock. Pretty sorry and sloppy that the cancellation notice did not state that, or even provide an option for pickup when stock is replenished. Lazy, sloppy, poor use of technology, and lack of proper management.

The CVS on N Main St in Greer SC is one of the worst stores I have ever been to.,I went with a friend and she and I went to pick up some photos that we turned over the film to them on 3/40/25. The staff women told my friend that the photos would be back in 3 to for 4 weeks in which she wrote down on the receipt. We were then told that they had been discarded due to not being picked up on time. We asked to speak to the manager and he was just as rude as she was. My friend asked for the number to corporate and he gave us an employee only phone number. I went back into the store so the manager could speak to the women on the phone and he refused to speak to them and told us to leave the store and he was calling the cos on us. We continued to SAsk for a phone number and the woman cashier who had no name tag on told us she would call to find out. We waited and waited and in walks the police. During this time my friend who just got out of the hospital due to heart failure was starting to feel heart issues. We were then give the wrong phone number again by the so call manager in which my friend called and then went to the police officer who was waiting for us to leave and then left. By that time we proceeded home and I had to get my friend to the hospital.She is now laying in a unit bed due to everything that was done by the employees at this store.

Doctor called a prescription in for xiidra to CVS at 6678 east Virginia beach blvd and new town Road norfork virgina store number 6403 on 5/20/24 spoke with two techs gave them all the information was gaven the run around by Sandra she stated that the eye drops was 1500 then said that I needed to contact my insurance company and call her back she also stated that she was busey with prescription from CHKD and other things this was at 6:00 pm then I spoke with her at 8:30 pm informed her that the insurance rep contacted them and put in in for 30 days instead of 90 fruit less with Sandra she continued to stress how busey she was then when I asked if I could reach out to her in 5/21:24 fruitless at 4:30 on 5-21-24 I called and spoke with Jyme she said we need all your information and insurance card this is how these employees at CVS act unprofessional rude and they do what they want to do complain about how they short busey that’s what you shouldn’t be telling a customer bad business report any any pharmacy that tells you that or give you the runaround if people start Getting there prescriptions in the mail that will put pharmacies out of business or cause business to be bad and maybe that’s what need to happen because apparently they’re coworkers are professional this was also reported to the Bättre Bous bureau and a complaint was filed with CVS as well as anthem health keepers and I still didn’t get the medicine and she still didn’t put it in for 30 days which means I still didn’t get my discount because the medicine was probably free at least it wasn’t $900. She just didn’t wanna feel it and she didn’t feel it. I’m gonna reach out to Congress or somebody and inform them about how the elderly is treated when it comes to medication.
