The CV S pharmacy on 901 northwoodland boulevard are very nasty individual. They think because they're white that it's okay to mistreat. Other races. I want to pick up medicine for my child I was not treated with respect but attacked. If I could rate the CVS Pharmacy a zero I would. They are only nice to white people when they come in there, not to other races.

Keep getting texts renew my medicine and when I do get another text telling me it's too early to renew. TOOO many texts.

I diagnosed myself! Went to Minuteclinic had a itchy skin looks likes bites eventually all over my body. Had i been a dog my animal vet would have done a skin scrape and correctly diagnosed. Instead I researched internet and first purchased anti cream, then ringworm over counter cream and then told the what ever she is at CVS minute clinic maybe scabies. She agreed to treat and prescription. Refill 2 weeks later. Whats worse? My diagnose? or the fact the 2nd bottle can only be refilled in two weeks. Health care in USA is lousy when you don't see a real doctor! And then this went to beach and lost my treatment cream. So now i am calling up and demanding a refill not two weeks later. I was at vet with my dog and told my vet wish she could be my physician.

This company is absolutely disturbing and horrific to their employees. They use them promising retirement packages and paid time off and then they will let you go right before you are able to claim any of those benefits. Absolute trash for a corporation as big as CVS to treat an employee this way. This is unacceptable and I will never again support this business in anyway shape or form. If you are an employee for them beware because they will let you go before allowing you to claim anything for the work amd service you gave. This corporation is trash! You sell pharmaceuticals which is a very profitable industry so money is there and there is no need to let any employee go after they have given you almost a decade of there hard work and service!!! Pathetic and disgusting.

One pharmacist even admitted that they purposefully make it difficult to reach them by phone to push customers towards using the app, disregarding the importance of human interaction in resolving urgent matters. Moreover, the exorbitant upcharges of 50% to 70% on their products, particularly medicines, only add salt to the wound. Despite the profits CVS racks in, their failure to invest in adequate staffing and improved customer service is truly disappointing."

Worst pharmacy ever. My usual pharmacy is great. Everyone is polite and goes out of their way to help. CVS sucks. Because I couldn't pick up my prescription due to being at work, they put my medication back into stock. This would never happen at my usual pharmacy. When I spoke to someone about it, I just got a "so sad, too bad" attitude.

The CVS located on 1260 Union St. S, Concord, NC have the worst customer service i have ever had at a pharmacy. They were bullies and spoke so rudely to me. Their negative body language as if they are doing the customers a favor. Prem Shah from CVS needs to retrain his staff in the pharmacy area. Retired Veteran

FEB 2024: Per government policy they are supposed to only charge $25, for each script when the insurance does not cover your prescription. They did at first, but when I picked up both yesterday, I was charged $66.95. If I was a man, they would not get away with this. I have reported this to the Atty Generals Office. UPDATE OF HORRIBLE PHARMACY: MAR 2024 Over charged me for insulin, they charged me 98.00 dollars and my insurance doesn't even show the purchase of the insulin in March, I was supposed to pay 4.90 for it. There is no record for this in my insurance paperwork. When I questioned the price, at the time of purchase the guy said, that's what your insurance is charging as your copay. THE LIAR! HE DIDN'T RUN IT THROUGH MY INSUANCE. CVS is a scam!
