My question is : WHY are medications needed for serious conditions already covered by MEDICAL Insurance has to be called in every time in order to be filled! This are added stress for the parents who’ll do all just to get that medication. Their system doesn’t update properly and when u go to that specific branch there’s no refill for it. So do we need to call our kids doctor//or nurse to make sure it happens. This system needs to be fixed. Don’t know how but that’s an added burden to us hardworking parents who set up a time to pick that medication but to no avail 75% of the time!!! Any response CVS honchos or supervisors??? I now spend over 10 minutes on the phone, talking to Artificial STUPIDITY, trying to get answers from a Pharmacist, only to be asked to leave a voicemail! I use to get through to a REAL person and get the RIGHT answer within minnutes. Artificial STUPIDITY may be making the company more efficient, but it has reduced the efficiency of the MILLIONS of callers. I will be seeking out a smaller pharmacy that still values the customer.

I have been trying to upload pictures to print for over an hour. The app keeps redirecting me to the website. When I try to upload pictures, it just goes to a blank screen. I have been trying and trying. I finally was able to add 3 at a time. Then the website froze and I lost everything. I went to the store to attempt to print pictures from my phone and nothing I was doing worked. 0/10 I DO NOT recommend using the app, website, or store for prints.

There google web site is the worse.. and usually shop and CVS.. I thought I'd give him a shot I like to check on the website to see if they have a product available but you can't even get past the website I won't answer questions it gives you the same blank page thought it was my phone so tried multiple phones same thing how can I rate them if I can't even get past your website

I hate, hate, hate the new voice mail system they have and I am leaving CVS after 20+ years of being a customer. And the ambiguous non-descript text messages are worse. I went to the Dr. Thursday. Thursday afternoon I get a text message they could not fill my prescription because the insurance company would not approve it and it needed preauthorization. The is face wash solution for acme for my grandson. After leaving 3 messages Friday, at 6PM I drove over after work and was told it was sent back to the Dr. Now I must wait until Monday to get this resolved, but if I have been able to talk to someone BEFORE 6PM I could have gotten this handled. I'm glad this was not a matter of life and death or I wasn't really sick. I'm moving my business before that situation arises. The moron that dreamed this up should be fired.

Web site can't help, app can't help, pharmacy went to voicemail, even if you get a person on the phone, they give a different reason for their failure each time. Scripts requested routinely drop and go unfilled so you have to start the whole chatbot thing all over again. I HATE THEM. Hey Fed, stop allowing Monopolies to screw the American people! American capitalism, and corrupt government, does not work when it comes to American health and welfare! Remember when we had anti-trust laws that protected American people?... Good times.

I've been a loyal customer of CVS Pharmacy for years in Westbrook, Maine, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. Over the past year, I've consistently encountered issues with medication availability. They frequently run out of stock and fail to restock on the promised dates. Additionally, trying to reach them by phone is frustrating, I always end up getting voicemail and no returned calls. The service in person isn't any better— all the staff treat you like an inconvenience…and the manager Don, in particular has ALWAYS been extremely rude, unprofessional and beyond unhelpful. I am now going to use a different pharmacy and will strongly advise everyone I know against using this pharmacy.

CVS at 19715 Tomball Parkway, Houston 77070 has now gone to voice mail system for pharmacist. Never have I heard of such. Will be switching to another pharmacy
