One of the worst run pharmacies. They never have enough people helping the line. Usually all but on cashier are running around looking fir a misplaced prescription. I am a glutton for punishment, keep coming back. Oakland Gardens

Using their mail service is a joke. I have ran out of medication several times because they will not refill before a certain date which leaves it right up to the wire of running out. This causes stress and extra phone calls and hopefully the mail service wasn’t slow that day because we all know nothing ever happens with mail service. They missed refilling a prescription (automatic refills out on one and not the other) and so they sent me to a pharmacy to pick up a A”bridge” supply. Only gave me 10 days worth of medication but didn’t start the mail order refill for 8 days because I got the “bridge”. So they think that it will take 2 days to process the order and get it mailed to me? Really? Of course when I call to explain this I am sent through hoops and treated like I am stupid or a child. This medication is medically necessary to living and their customer service could care less. Wishing our company would change and not use CVS!

The whole “leave a voicemail for a pharmacist call within an hour” thing should be illegal/criminal. Legitimately against the law. What if someone is having a possible reaction to a new med? The script pages say to contact your pharmacist for information, but they don’t return the call. If someone is having a possible allergic reaction, of course you can call 911, but what if you’re not? You’re wasting the time of EMS. A 5 minute (if that) discussion with a pharmacist could make a difference. They’ll tell you if you are or if that’s a normal side effect. But, they’re just as bad as doctors these days; can’t be bothered with patients’ questions. Doctors push you to a practitioner for the first FIVE appointments. CVS now sends all calls to voicemail and the pharmacist decides whether or not they’ll call you back, but rarely do. If my meds weren’t so astronomically expensive at Walmart, I would send them there instead. I’m not about to pay $200 more for a medication just so I don’t have to drive to the pharmacy to speak to an actual person. BUT, CVS can go straight off a cliff for the rest of my meds. I won’t be dealing with them more than once a month. I’m so sick of the medical field today. They’ve gone way down hill since 2020 and patients are suffering.

With the new policy of only leaving voicemails that are never returned, use the provider line to talk to someone.

Adderall pills were shorted by 7. Pharmacist refused to have another pharmacist review the computer record and camera footage to double check to see I was shorted 7 pills. Became angry on the phone when I called once to ask for the pharmacy license number. Yelled at me “ why do you want that number? you don’t need that number! stop calling this phone number””!” When I Only called ONCE!!!! You can verify the phone records. Mahdi Zahed (pharmacist) is hiding something. I’ve been a teacher for 30 years. I know when someone is defensive and not being truthful. I have a recording of the phone call if any higher ups care to listen. I can email it to you. Please assist me. I’ve contacted Detroit Drug Enforcement Agency, Michigan pharmacy board, and Michigan licensing & regulatory affairs. Thank you.

I picked up my grandsons prescriptions and she was laughing and talking to another pharmacy tech and said hold on I have to mix it and comes back with bags; and I get home and it’s still powder and unmixed. Then I call them and they well can’t you mix it? Seriously 🙄

they have a new system now and it is worthless tried to get a refill finally had to drive to the store to get done and there is no more refills so now I'll have to make another trip to get it refilled I have breathing problems if I could have called it in like before wouldn't had to be out in this heat
