I’d rather give ZERO stars just was at Lumberton tx CVS and had the “delight “ of dealing with the rudest staff ever! So when I drove up to pick up my medication, the pharmacist named cherish said that they never received the medication from the doctor, but that was after she told me it was gonna take four hours to fill the medication which I thought to be complete craziness.as I drove off, I called the doctor and magically. I get a message from CVS saying the medication had been received. I go back to pick up the medication only this time I go inside the pharmacist comes to the counter and I let her know that I had received a message right as I drove off saying that they had received it and that I would be happy to wait for it. A few minutes later, I hear the pharmacy tech named Jasmine, say to the pharmacist oh looks like you’re gonna have to break her heart out loud laughing about that time. The pharmacist comes up to me and tells me that they don’t have the medication which is fine. I understand that but what I don’t understand is the disrespect from the staff there and the rudeness in general , I will never use this pharmacy again. They really need to decide on better people working for them if they wanna have a viable business.

rubbish store - untrained staff... bad experience.

I would give this a zero. I just went to the drive through at CVS in Ocean NJ. I didn’t pull up completely close enough to the window. The person who came to the window was extremely rude. He said Oh no no no no you have to back up and straighten your car out. I was completely able to lean over and hand them the license for my ID. I said can’t I just reach over and he was shaking his head no no no. This man treated me like a 2 year old. My friend ran in to get it, because there were people behind us and I couldn’t back up. She is taking all of her business out of CVS because the pharmacist is extremely unprofessional. We were here for medication for my friend who is in pain and this was the last thing we needed. I typically use Rite Aid, Walgreens and a private pharmacy for compounding. No one treats people like this. This pharmacy is known for this. It’s unacceptable to behave like this.

My experience with CVS was horrific from start to incredibly miserable finish! First, just signing into their site is near impossible. They wouldn't take my Google Chrome saved password, and all attempt to "Reset password" ended in error messages! After having to call tech support, they said my account had been blocked but had no idea why. The agent was clueless, and basically sat and listened while I troubleshot the problem. I tried deleting cookies, no luck, it wouldn't work until I switched to a Firefox browser. Even then, EVERY SINGLE TIME I log back in, it makes you re-verify the account? The email code doesn't work, ever, but the text one did. Then, when you call the actual pharmacy, I counted having to say "agent" 8 times before they would finally let me out of the automated system, just to find out they don't take calls! You have to leave a voicemail and hope they reply. To their credit, they did call back quickly and the agents was friendly, but apparently wholly uninformed! After having to wait a WEEK to eventually get my prescription in stock, when I went to pick it up; they told me they wouldn't honor the GoodRX price which was a $400 savings! Despite telling the previous agent I was switching the prescription specifically to get the GoodRX price, they failed to tell me about this "CVS Policy!" So, I went a week without this essential medication, and now need to wait even longer due to CVS's incompetent and unprofessional staff! I strongly suggest that anyone avoid CVS at all costs!

Yesterday I made an appointment for a drive-thru Antigen COVID test on the CVS website. I selected a time from what was shown as available, received a confirmation number, and provided a credit card to pay for the test. I then received a wonderful video about how to prepare for the test. When I went to the drive-thru window, the pharmacy employee told me they stopped giving those tests a year and a half ago! She then explained that I would have to contact corporate customer service to make sure they did not charge my card. Great service, eh?

These people will steal you controlled substance and blame you for it. They’re thieves and junkies, otherwise they wouldn’t steal. I filed a police report and everything to no avail. The system is set up for you to be a victim and cvs relishes in it.

I echo everything previously said about the new CVS phone system! There is no way to reach a pharmacist directly and while you're trying to do so, the system has you going around in circles until you feel like a raving homicidal maniac. And this is ONLY the phone system. The people who labor at the pharmacy itself are working hard at - and succeeding at - doing a great job! And they're nice! But I just went on a Reddit Q&A about what it's actually like to work for a CVS store - pharmacy & in other areas - and it sounds like these poor guys are really up against it: shifting & patched-together schedules, understaffed and increasing amounts of work that need to get done more & more quickly. It sounds bad and since Rite Aid declared bankruptcy and since Walgreen's & CVS are closing hundreds of stores, it makes me wonder about what's really going on with these companies...

CVS Montgomery Texas Trying to speak to a pharmacy rep about a prescription is the absolute hands down worst experience one could have when dealing with CVS and it is not just this store. It is systemic from corporate that will do everything in their power to keep you from speaking with someone in the pharmacy. This is not an indictment on the store employees because you actually can’t get through to one to speak with. This is all on CVS corporate
