My insurance would only pay for a weeks worth of meds, I contacted CVS, next thing I knew, I had a months worth, of meds. They saved me from withdrawals. They had my meds ready in less than a hour. I'm used to Walgreens non-existent customer service. You have a customer for life, Thanks again, C.V.S.

I have gone to this CVS for years and they have ALWAYS met my expectations. They provide EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. Latoya knows people by name, McKenzie and Manisha will always help if any questions and the staff, Ximena Natalia and Rashiden are ROCK STARS. Thank you so much for keeping this process simple and smooth.

Kudos to the staff and expertise to Fabian-photo, Sandra- front register, and Rocio the store manager. My issue that Fabian dealt with is a long story, but suffice it to say that he was able to make my photo mugs after I tried to get them done at the CVS on 41st Ave. and then the CVS on Bay Avenue. He worked on the mugs right then and there! Unfortunately, even Sandra and Rocio had to get in on the act. Luckily, everything‘s been resolved. Thank you to the staff at CVS Watsonville. I absolutely appreciate all your time working on everything.

CVS Pharmacy service kinda sucks across the board except for this one! El Dorado Hills, Ca. The CVS in Target is stellar! They have been working together for years, with low turnover which translates into a cohesive team. I had been previously at the CVS on Latrobe rd and got run around after run around. It was comical. I saw good reviews for this one, went in, and was cared for with kindness and efficiency. Amazing!! All of them were on their game. Good Job ya'll. You're making people's lives easy in times of trouble!!! (thanks Terese)

The pharmacy technicians who assist customers at the pick up window are helpful with questions, guidelines for suggesting products and always have a smile to greet you.

While away from home for a long weekend I noticed that I didn’t have all my heart meds. I called the local CVS in Marshfield, Ma and left a message about my dilemma. It was 10PM when I left the message and didn’t expect callback until next day. As luck would have it’s a 24 hr CVS. The pharmacist called me within 30 minutes. Gave him my date of birth and he quickly looked up my info. Told me I could come over immediately and get enough pills for the weekend or come the following day. I arrived at 6:30AM the next morning and picked up my pills. CVS saved the day and I was so relieved to get my meds. 5 stars for the pharmacist and the staff you greeted me in the morning. Great job!!!

ESTHER at self check out was helpful to the max also I enjoyed discovering the gluten free & low sugar line of aliments , Everything was escellent . Keep it up !
