Lady helping was not friendly at all. Acted like I put her out when I said I was picking up prescriptions. She never asked if I had any questions about any of the new prescriptions I picked up and I forgot to ask. Pretty disappointed in CVS and their service.

How can a pharmacy chain run out of AMOXICILLAN in 4 stores in one area (Destin/MiramarBeach)? This is a constant battle in the Destin area! WHY CAN'T THEY KEEP STOCK? Recently, they ran out of Colonoscopy prep and could not get in over a week! GET IT TOGETHER, CVS!

Went to cvs north dale mabry for covid test after 5 days waiting they said swab was not complete why did it take so long to receive no results.

This CVS is very dirty and nasty looking on the outside parking lot and drive through window is disgusting!! I told a rep ...she said with a smirk "ok, tell the manager" mind u I said it nicely. This the one on 6400 Ironbridge Road.

I went to the CVS on springdale and 124 in snellville. I waited in the drive thru line from 4:18-5:00. When I pulled in there was 3 cars ahead of me, the one at the window only took a few minutes, the next one was there for over 20 minutes at the window. The next one went and was through in about 5 minutes, I pulled up I needed to pickup 1 prescription for my husband and request a refill for 1 of mine to be picked up tomarrow, I was at the window for 6 minutes. The girl at the window must have been new she was so slow, had to ask for my birthdate several times. I am giving 2 stars only because she was very nice. My insurance dictates I use CVS. There has to be a better way. If CVS pays any attention to this at all I suggest that drive thru be drop off and pick up only. When there are problems that person should have to go park and go inside. Also make sure the person at the window knows what they are doing since half the time I seem to get someone that is slow I don't understand the 2 different computers, it makes for confusion. I have had occasionally a person who knows what they are doing and the line moves quickly.

I have been a long time faithful customer of CVS but I don't think I can patronize your store anymore after seeing the price gouging on many of the items that I continuously purchase I went to CVS today to purchase one case of spring water and it was $6 a case which is ludicrous when I can go 5 minutes down the road and purchase one at the supermarket for $2.99.. your company claims community value and service with prices like that that's not valuing your customers!

Get a prescription filled; get unwanted automated phone calls, letting one know that your prescription is on automatic refill. This happens even when one tells the clerk not to put it on auto refill!

The pharmacy at CVS is the worst. They are out of stock constantly.3 months in a row I have had to suffer in pain because I could not get my meds.i even tried to fill them at other CVS locations and they were out of stock also. CVS cares nothing for it's customers.i will be switching to a new pharmacy
