Cvs Benson Nc is horrible. They dont anwser phone you have to leave message, then they never call you back. They constantly send me messages my medication isn't covered by my insurance. I have to go in because they dont call back to prove my insurance covers it, delaying my medication. I wish I could give them a zero. Everytime you go in there's a line....hire more people

CVS is a joke! Jacked up prices and no inventory of basic medicines and vitamins is ridiculous. Devoted Insurance is tied with CVS when it comes to Medicare and that partnership does no one any good except them; I never had any problem finding my meds and paying reasonable prices at Walmart pharmacy

So this is for CVS on 38 Ave very rude don't let one talk talks over you your app is as good as not having one at all I get text messages saying I ready to refill the get another message saying to soon the you call them and they say they can't control what it's doing but I'm sure the workers put the info in this store sucks

I went to the CVS pharmacy at 9640 N Milwaukee ave Niles il. I called first to ask about money order and was told that I could get one there. However, once there the gray headed employee behind the counter dismissed me like I was a dog. I tried to ask about the money order since I had just called & his response was (GO TO WALMART) I stated again that I just called but would like to ask a question and again he said in broken English (YOUR KIND GO WALMART) WHICH AT THAT POINT I WAS LIVID!!! But I did not show it instead I tried to speak with him and asked for a manager and he said (NO MANAGER, GO WALMART NO MONEY) AND BEGAIN TO FAN HIS HAND TOWARD THE DOOR!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE OR TO NO CVS AGAIN!!! I WILL NOT BEG NO STORE TO TAKE MY BUSINESS!!!

This company could improve by having a real person answer the phone when I ask for a pharmacist instead of sending me to voicemail. Walgreens doesn't send people straight to voicemail. The AI voicemail can't answer my questions when it comes to 2 of 3 of my medications.

Very disappointing experience at the CVS Pharmacy on Capital Blvd, Raleigh today. My husband called before the pharmacy opened and received a callback saying his refill was ready for pickup. I stopped by almost an hour later to pick it up. I checked in at the counter, and a staff member looked up the prescription and told me to wait because it wasn’t ready yet. I waited over 15 minutes while she helped several drive-through customers. When another customer came to the counter, she immediately assisted him, even though I had already been waiting. When I asked about my prescription, she told me to “check in at the counter,” even though I had already done exactly that and had been told to wait. When I explained this, her response was dismissive and rude, saying there was another person who came before me. The issue wasn’t simply the wait—it was being ignored and then spoken to disrespectfully after I had followed her instructions. Pharmacies can be busy, but customers deserve basic courtesy, communication, and fair treatment. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

Lost a prescription so I had to go back to doctor and get another. New one had three refills, I filled 2 of the three. When i went back for the third they said it was not there. twice they lost my prescriptions, I will find another pharmacy.

Now we have until September 3rd. To get them quotes. Otherwise, they get away with 'MAILBOX MURDER !!' CVS hit our mailbox and in order to fix it, we have to get quotes, not them. We even have it on video! Fck you CVS. You've lost customers and earned this rancid review! Worst company ever. I ordered from my local store for same-day delivery and they delivered it within a couple of hours. Later on I left the house and saw that my mailbox was leaning over. I looked at my ring footage and saw that it was the delivery driver who backed up and then hit it. I called the store who delivered it and they said I’d have to call Roadie. Actually at first they said DoorDash. I called Roadie and was told to contact cvs directly because they have to file the claim. I ended up having to call the 800 number and got the runaround. I was waiting to speak to a manager and suddenly I was on hold with Roadie!! Basically, that was their classy way of telling me they refuse to file a claim. Instead, while still on the phone with CVS, they offered me $5 off the order or to refund the order altogether. Which was like $30. While getting this repaired is going to easily cost $200.
