I am sick and tired of CVS Pakistan people calling me 3 and 4 times a day. I do not even have an account or do any business with CVS. When I try to contact the corp. office all I get is a computer then someone from Pakistan. They don't even want you to speak to anyone in the U.S.!! I am about to file a lawsuit against this company for HARASSMENT!!!! Trying to complain to the corp. office is useless. You can't even contact them.

Simply stating that their prices are simply astronomical. Every item they sell is higher priced than any other store. If it's their own brand then it's more expensive then the same item/same size of another large store brand for the same thing. And several things I used to buy there, they no longer sell, especially a cereal I got there for years. I also used to get canned ARIZONA iced teas there that sell for 99cents. They quit stocking those, I assume because at 99cents, there isn't enough profit for them, so now the least expensive bottle/can is probably $2.69 & it's no better or higher quality & less quantity. Even with all the coupons they spit out of their registers, they're still way too expensive.

CVS as well as other pharmaceutical benefit managers routinely cheat consumers as in the following example: I had an Rx for a 90 day supply of stomach pill. The pharmacist at CVS, Sunrise Dr., Palm Springs, CA. informed me that he had only 45 days on hand or I'd have to wait several days for the full supply. I agreed to 45 days whereupon the pharmacist CHANGED the doctor's original Rx to 45 days showing a FULL FILL. 6/17/24. The 90 day supply had a copay of $25. I PAID $20 FOR ONE HALF OF THE ORIGINAL RX OF 90 DAYS. I disputed this practice with their customer service and was transferred 3 times and then put on hold, a total of 40 minutes with no response. ID # GA5442527. As a result of BBB involvement, CVS upper management ordered a store $7.50 refund of overcharge by the Rx Mgmt Co., Silver Script, resulting from pharmacist submitting 1/2 the original Rx. Pricing is governed by Silver Script but left undisclosed by the CVS pharmacist. No explanation from pharmacist, just $7.50 in the hand. 10/31/24.

Had a prescription sent in on Sunday. It’s been a week and I just keep getting texts saying they “ordered it”. Switching pharmacies cvs is as bad or worse than Walgreens nowadays. Walmart and Hy-vee are unbelievably better quality than CVs and Walgreens.

I was told my medication refill Carvedilol 6.25 (oval shape) would be ready 3pm on 10/10/24 by the automated system...ok I got there around 530 and it was not ready...they told me that they had to order it and it would be ready the next day 10/11/24 at 4pm...in the mean time they wanted to give me a round pill same medication different manufacturer so I would not be out of my medication...well I told them I did not want that round pill because in the past I had a bad experience with switching manufacturers I will wait till the next day...well when I came in the next day 10/11/24 around 630pm it was not ready...ok by this time I am pissed...I was told to wait 15-20 min. and it will be ready...well low and behold they filled it with that same round pill I did not want!!!...I have been going to this CVS for years...but I am not going back again...I let them know I was upset, no threats, no cursing, just pissed from the run around...I was told to lower my voice or she would call the police on me...I am 70 years old and have every right to be upset about my medication that I am out of because of their un-professionalism...CVS has very bad reviews...after my experience, I am not surprised....they are not what they used to be...very bad reviews...Rite Aid here I come...very good reviews!

pharmacist took over 20 minutes to get my prescription ready. made it clear i was busy and there was no line. do not understand why it continuously takes this long. went in around 2:20 expecting to be out around 2:40 at the latest and did not leave until past 3. avoid at all costs.

Worst. Service. Ever. I've been using this CVS since before it was a CVS because I grew up in the neighborhood. The pharmacist there has always been rude but this was the absolute worst. My daughter is home on fall break. Her original prescription was sent to this pharmacy. The second time we had it filled we picked it up in Indianapolis because that is where she goes to school. Less than a week after she picked it up it stopped working. Called the pharmacy and asked what the protocol is for this type of thing. Spoke to a very nice tech who suggested we call the manufacturer. Called AstraZeneca. They said to call the pharmacy back and give them the claim number and phone number and they would replace the inhaler with no charge. I called back and the pharmacist guy answered. Incredibly rude, but I continued to try to kill him with kindness. Explained the situation and he cut me off and said, "They didn't tell you that. It's not how it works. They give you the billing information for them." I said, no that that is not how they explained it to me. I again repeated. He basically spoke in one word demands the rest of the call. "Claim number? Phone number?" and then hung up on me. Called me back a few minutes later and said that he was on hold with AstraZeneca but saw that we didn't pick up the last refill in Kokomo and that I should try the Indianapolis store to get it replaced. I said no because she isn't in Indianapolis now, she is on break in Kokomo. He kept fighting with me and wanted me to go to Indianapolis to get it replaced. Finally I said NO WE WANT IT TO BE REPLACED HERE!. He basically yelled at me saying that he was trying to help me and I told him he was the rudest pharmacist I've ever dealt with. He hung up on me after screaming at me, "YOU WANT IT HERE OR THERE?" I said "HERE" and he hung up. Called back seconds later and told me the inhaler was ready to pick up. My daughter gets to the pharmacy and the rude cashier refuses to give it to her because it is name brand and that she has to pay. She tried to explain but she wasn't having it. Finally another nice tech came and explained the situation. The rude cashier basically through the box at my daughter, not even in a bag. We are switching every one of our scripts somewhere else, even if they are more expensive.

Worst pharmacy ever!! If you have an option to use a different pharmacy, I would highly recommend it.I am on a medication that has to be ordered from their specialty pharmacy. I was getting this medication paid for a group that assist with payment because it is so expensive (thousands a month). CVS did not bill correctly one month and refused to correct their mistake. I have repeatedly called them with no help at all. This is not the only problem with them. I have another medication where I had to jump through hoops to have it approved. It was approved for one year and now they are denying it. I will do whatever it takes to use a different pharmacy from here on out. If it means changing medication so I dont have to deal with CVS, that is what I will do!
