The phone app is junk. There are constant updates and the only way to do the update is through the app store. Even though there's a link in the app when it says you need to update. But worse just today all of my prescriptions disappeared. I can't manage any prescription. I assume there's a glitch that's going to be rectified? But I'm not very confident in that assumption.

I have always gone to Walgreens and never a problem with their pharmacy. I’ve been 4 times to CVS and every single time there has been a problem. My recommendation go to Walgreens.

Getting worse. CVS can't seem to read the prescription correctly. They keep alerting my prescription from they way they are written. If it is written for 90 days, I expect 90 days' worth. They change them 30 or 60 and don't advise me as the customer of their actions. CVS is the worst place to get one's prescription filled. I am stuck with them because of that dam Obama Care and insurance company requirements. They keep changing my debitic testing refills. These items are NOT inchangeable between manufacturers. You would think the pharmacist would have been trained on such a simple thing. This make me unsure if they are filling any prescription correctly. Am I getting what I should be. If your insurance allows it, I suggest going elsewhere

My first time ever to get a prescription Roberta was wonderful The head pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional Telling me my Medicare does not work for prescriptions Could have been nicer So rude and obnoxious I will make sure to let as many people know about him at that store I was there 10/24 at1251 pm

Originally I gave my CVS in Yorba Linda in the Village Center a great review a while ago and now I am taking that back!! I have called several time and I only get a voicemail that guarantees someone will call me within an hour and I get zero calls back!! This is ridiculous that I can't even talk to my pharmacy regarding my prescriptions!! I will be taking my business to a pharmacy that actually answers the phone and answers my questions or concerns! So sad that they are so busy and cheap that they can't hire more employees to see customers can get thru and get help!! Poor service will not be tolerated when there are plenty of pharmacies out there!!

I did an online order from the CVS on 18th chestnut in Philadelphia. I called because my order wasn't ready I did 2hours in an advance nothing was ready they did even start my order I call the girl was like we short staff and somebody will work on it now but wen I got to the store they still didn't do my order so I had to wait until the girl went an find my items. I had to wait 20 mins I went back to my car to wait came back the girl was helping somebody else. I was like u didn't do my order yet because you helping somebody else. She was like I have your stuff now. This is the most ghetto and unprofessional service I every received. I will never shop at the 18th and chestnut CVS because online orders means fast and no waiting. I only order from this one because it was close to my job. Three workers but one was doing something in the photo I had to say something to her like where is my order. No manager in store. Definitely will be going to a different CVS. It's a shame that u have to go far out to get better service

The lack of access regarding customer support is astonishing. A nationwide pharmacy that provides such important medication should not have a 5-day customer support line that operates for less than 12 hours. People have lives and people travel, this small time frame along with the only contact option being an automated message is just insane. CVS needs to do better for their customers. I understand the help is thin, but what is happening is outright stupidity. At LEAST have phone operating hours go later than 7, that is absurd to cut off any communication by 7.
