CVS just keeps failing. They are out of stock of prescription drugs way too often. I had them transfer my prescription to another location that had one left, but they waited so long that the one that was left was gone. I tried to have them transfer my prescription but by that time the prescription expired. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Which, at this rate, I have no doubt they will.

Cvs has a communication problem. My wife's dentist called in a prescription for pain at 1:15, I went to pick up and they didn't have it, the dentist said they had to leave it on a message, you can't call these people and talk to the pharmacist. The phone system runs you in circles and you can't talk to anyone. I switched to Royal care 2 years ago and happy with the improvement of personal care and communication. This last episode convinced my wife to drop CVS NEVER TO RETUN. giving a 1 rating is very gracious i don't think it is a local problem but a CORPORATE MANAGEMENT PROBLEM

Every time. I go to CV s report receipt.They say I ask him for something they have no time for me or it's too late to closing time

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH cvs. I would not leave any stars if that were possible! You can no longer talk with anyone at their headquarters on the phone, no matter what you try to do!!! That is absolutely & completely unacceptable especially if you have an urgent issue. I will be leaving CVS after 34 years with them. TOTALLY AWFUL AND HORRIBLE company. Try any private pharmacy and/or their competitors - I pretty sure you'll get much better service from one of them, that's much better.

I went to the cvs in Smithtown Ny on terry rd.on 11/6 24. The gentleman I will call him that was very RUDE!!. I will not be returning there you need to teach your employees to be respectful to customers.His comment was uncalled for that jerk.

The service at the CVS location at 2011 S.Rochester Rd, Rochester Hills, MI. Is so disappointing that I’ve moved all my prescriptions to the Meijer Pharmacy that is farther from my house. The final straw was trying to get a refill for my gout medication. I submitted it at 8:00 AM this morning and it is now 3:30 PM and it’s still not filled. It’s only FOUR pills and the gout pain is intense, but CVS doesn’t care. I’ve walked up to the counter to pick up a script in the past only to have the gates come down in front of me because it was their lunch time. It’s a 12 mile round trip to CVS, but they don’t care…it’s lunchtime! What retail operations completely shutdown for lunch??? What kind of customer service is that. They could at least have a clerk on hand to accept prescriptions and provide service to customers that are picking up their prescriptions. My experience at Meijer has been totally different. They are pleasant, professional and efficient. Goodbye CVS, hello Meijer! Update: I called CVS late yesterday and they told me they “just tried to call me”. There is no record of an incoming call to my phone. But, they said my script was ready to be picked up. They also said their app was acting funny, so it would be better to call in a refill. This morning I tried doing that, but their phone system doesn’t take live calls. So, I submitted another refill of four pills on 11/5 at 8:00 AM. At 6:50 PM I finally called since I hadn’t heard anything all day. I had to leave a voicemail, so now we’ll see how long it takes for it to be completed tomorrow. This is my last refill at CVS and the last prescription they’ll ever see from me.

You can no longer speak to them on the phone and this is absolutely unacceptable especially if you have an urgent issue regarding medication and your children. I will be leaving CVS after 20 years with them. Horrible. Many private pharmacies that are much better. Do not go to CVS.

So the other day I went in to get toothpaste only because they carry Boka and no one else in my area does. Going forward I plan to order that online somewhere. So as I was checking out the clerk circles this QR code and says to me"scan this code so you can see what vaccines you need". Really? How did we go from toothpaste to vaccines? Well for starters my vaccine status is none of CVS's business and this needs to go back to privacy between a patient and doctor. Second I don't do vaccines. I haven't had a vaccine or flu shot in 48 years. And I'm medication free. How about them apples? This is about profit. Not anyone's health. Totally reckless on CVS's part as they have no idea of a random customer's health history. Never returning again to any CVS Pharmacy.
