Rude staff. Will. Disorganized. Lost my prescription. Unprofessional. Closed when they should be opened. Would prefer to yell at customer rather than serve them. A disaster. Too many other options to fill a prescription. Never ever spend your money or time at this Pharmacy or store. Store supervisor also was unwilling to take a written complaint. A disaster of a business

I arrive at the pharmacy five minutes before they apparently released the entire staff to go take lunch… Not sure who comes up with that policy to shut the place down in the middle of the day rather than have half the staff leave for lunch and have half the stay… But even so I arrived five minutes before their lunch. They let me stand at the counter for three minutes while they all scurried about and then when they found out, I was just there for a flu shot. They said oh well, we’re just getting ready to go to lunch you’ll have to come back another time… Ridiculous policy and even with that policy, they should have given me my flu shot as I was there before their lunchtime and they could’ve had me in and out and not even interrupted their lunchtime because it only takes about three minutes for them to process a flu shot and administer it. They just did not want to

Was told at drive thru they had 3 of my 4 prescriptions ready. I asked if she could get the last one ready as well, they had just opened and weren't busy at all. She rolled her eyes and sighed, said it would be an hour, like it was going to be a problem, so I was going to go in and talk to the pharmacist. That same girl started talking a mile a minute at me when I went in and I tried to put a stop to it. Then the boy who was working there joined in. I was getting upset asking them to stop talking to me and they were saying we don't have to, you can't make us etc... The pharmacist stepped in but not to help me. I'm 62 years old. Don't need this childish behavior I'm picking up heart meds after a stroke. I'm incredibly upset and left without my meds. I will switch pharmacies, but this was so totally uncalled for. I'm thinking of taking my complaint further. I Was a customer there for 20 years, my wife for about 30...Something needs to be done.

By far the WORST experience I've had at a pharmacy. MARIANA is cold, rude, unfriendly, insensitive, and clearly has zero empathy for any other humans. The manager was almost worse. The attitude that man had makes it extremely hard to understand how he actually has a management position with this company. CVS you really need to vet your employees a little better. Not only would I never visit this pharmacy again, I am going to make it a point to tell everyone I know that uses this location to stay away ang go elsewhere. (On a happier note) I went to the Publix pharmacy across the street and the helped me immediately with so much care and compassion. They are what a pharmacy should be. They were all so kind and helpful. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to them now and NEVER going back to Hallandale CVS pharmacy again. Do better CVS.

I was in CVS at: 3710 Main Street, Bridgeport Ct. on Friday 11/15/24 at, 12:58 pm. I was advised to use the self check-out and was having a problem using my coupons , when the gentleman at the front desk came over as if I was troubling him. He was able to put the coupon in. The total amount was $3.81, I put in $4.00 and the machine started blinking with flashing lights. I was not aware that I had to put $1.00 at a time. I was under the impression that I could put $4.00 in all at once. Now the gentleman walked away from me and proceeded to assist another customer So, I asked what are you doing? He said under his breath, she will help you. The next person comes over with attitude and she's there not saying anything, so I ask her, what are you doing? She says to me, you only put in $1.00. I said, I put in $4.00. This is why the machine is blinking. They were calling me a liar. I said God has been to good to me to come into CVS to steal $4.00. The lady now says to another cashier, give me $3.00 from the register. For all of the rudeness I endured to my face, I heard them talking about me in front of other customers as I was walking out the door.

I went to the minute clinic in Amesbury MA and they refused to treat my walking Pneumonia symptoms including history that my daughter also has this and that is where I got it. Then, the manager called me the next day to "Check in" and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would like that call audited as she really was very inappropriate on the phone and then hung up on me after telling me she didn't care about my experience at the minute clinic. I will never use minute clinic again. They are robotic, didn't treat my health issue and the manager is horrible. It was a waste of time and money. I now have to pay again to go to a REAL physician to get a $5 z pack for my straight forward symptoms and obviously acquired from household member walking pneumonia symptoms. Don't go here!

Trying to refill a prescription that’s been out for three days went up there three days in a row. The doctor said the prescriptions in there but the pharmacy said they’re behind on their refills so it’s gonna take another day. Don’t understand why they couldn’t refill it now, but the girl said, you can go to another pharmacy or wait until tomorrow because we’re behind somebody that needs their medicine. Doesn’t want to hear that. No customer service just rudeness can’t do it wait tomorrow or go to another pharmacy this was the CVS on Congress and Stephanie and Austin Texas.
