I'm from Martinsburg, WV. Myself &Girl. My Girl was giving Older lady ride home and to "cvs" pharmacy. My Girl had to step out and go to bank. Long story outta nowhere the store manager came out and said that "we us"? Where shop lifting. We asked to see video and they denied . My Girl went to jail and they gave her an ultimatum to admit? Or stay so many days. CVS MARTINSBURG, WV IS THE CROOKED DIRTY STORE!! ERIC CURRIER

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used! I would recommend using ANY other pharmacy than them. From overcharging customers, never having prescriptions in stock, never, can’t ever get a hold of anyone, worst customer service, even when they say they will call back, you will never hear from them, and actually losing money using this place! Who ever heard of having insurance and STILL losing money by picking this pharmacy! The absolute worst experience every month. They lost me as a customer for sure! And the worst part is, no matter what your complaint is, they care nothing about assisting customers. They have become too big, or too busy, so they now fall under, we don’t give a dam anymore, whereas when they were new, they treated customers the right way. This is common with some companies that open chains and are in every city, the care starts to suffer, the customers suffer, and its not worth the aggravation to use them anymore. I would recommend any other pharmacy; you couldn’t be worse than this one.

I tried to pick up medication, but they didn't prepare it. one week later I went there again, still not to ready to pick it up. They contacted the doctor whom I haven't seen her more than one year and she denied that request. I already ask CVS to update my profile half year ago. but they haven't done yet. patients need their medication on time, but I was not able to pick up. sometimes they're keeping medicine at different place and wasn't able to find it. I'm sick and tired to go to CVS pharmacy.

Paid cash for a product….not used….tried to return it same day….would not refund me the cash I paid unless I let them scan my drivers license!!!!!!!!!! I don’t have one but said unless I gave them it I couldn’t get My money back. Manager said same thing!!!!!

The Cvs at 887 battlefield parkway in fort Oglethorpe GA is horrible. You wait over an hour in line for meds and when you need help or need to ask a question you have to leave a voicemail and wait hours.

The "extra care" program is a scam. They take your $5 every month and you never see it again. I don't know about you but I don't go there every month. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! VERY DECIEVING

cvs at 1413 11th Ave S, very rude cashier. can't even respect customer. don't want to go there again.

They close the pharmacy for lunch after people are waiting in line for 15 minutes. So rude and a total waste of time. At least let those that are waiting to pick up before you close for 30 minutes and make everyone come back later. I can hear that you are still working with the gate closed and are not in fact eating lunch, lol.
