CVS was great back in th1980's. I had been filling my prescription at the CVS store on Long pond rd in Greece with no problems ever. While picking up my prescription I had a extremely grumpy and rude Cashier while picking up prescription. I had never had a problem with my ID in all the times I came in to pick up prescription before. She refused my ID then rudely told me to go back to Wegmans Parmacy. Weeks later I received a no trespass letter from any CVS stores. Good news Wegman Pharmacy continues to fill my prescriptions and never has a problem with my ID card. Note: My ID is a DMV ID card and is valid.. for quick pick ups I will stick with Walgreens.

Pharmacist chatting with customer at counter with no concern for other customers in line. I encourage friendly interaction, but comparing family pictures is a bit like its there time that is being used. Government job???

I called CVS to find out if they had the anitbotic that my other pharmacy did not have in stock. I was told that they would call and have the script be transferred to CVS and that it would be ready in about 1 hour. I showed up 1 /12 later and was told that they did not have a transfer order in my name. They then went on doing what they were doing. No other customers were there, So how hard would it have been to find out where this had gone wrong??? SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... No that would have taken a extra step on the part of CVS. My wife called them again and read them the riot act about the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE" They then said we will call and get the script transferred and that it would be ready in 45 minutes. CVS called me and said it was ready (5:15 pm) When I was there the first time the sign showed that they would be open until 7:00 pm. On my way to CVS I was told that they closed at 5:00 and they were waiting for me. I got there within 5 minutes of the phone call. Gave them my name, they handed me the script and walked away. "NO SORRY ABOUT THE PROBLEM? "NOTHING!!!!" I AM SO TIRED OF ALL OF THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT I AM NOT TAKING IT ANYMORE. I will complain to the company, and warn the public to do the same

CVS at Forest and 11661 Preston Road (Store 7288) has a culture of "We hate to work and further we hate giving customer service", I visited the pharmacy on 9/20 and 9/23. The experience was the same.Every person in the pharmacy today was short, rude, or unwilling to give directions and answer questions. If you are going for a vaccine, do not check in at the mini clinic; they seem to be in open competition for the dollar with the pharmacy. I'm going to find an old fashion Mom and Pop pharmacy like Doughtery up the road 1/4 mile.

When I placed my online order, the item was indicated as in stock. However, it was out of stock after my purchase, which was quite disheartening.

The pharmacy is always understaffed but they do their best. I worry the overwork will cause mistakes. The worst part of CVS is the nonstop text messaging from some central office. I am going to change pharmacies because of this.

For the most part in store shopping is ok, most of the time, other than most compaines have lost the abilty to give customer service! But these dam robots a person has to go through to get to the store is just sad, by the time I reach someone I am not in a good mood! They repeat there crap over and over trying to get a person to not go to the store. I am a the point of ordering my stuff on line, where I set it up and do not have to deal with a robot! HATE Robot!!!
