I went to your store at 1701 US s hwy 1 in Vero Beach fl on Feb 3rd for a refill. I am a seasonal owner from Iowa so they needed to do a transfer with my local pharmacy in Iowa. I gave them all the info they needed as well as phone number.I told them my pharmacy needed them to call for the transfer. I went back a couple days later and still had no refill. twice more in the next 5 or 6 days and they still had not contacted my pharmacy and needed a phone number. finally today I talked to my pharmacy back home and they said no one had called and she said she called CVS and left two messages to contact them for transfer info.I went back to CVS today and they still needed tyhe info to call them. By this time I was very upset and them I needed to talk to someone higher up. I then left and went to Walgreens and was able to get my prescription the same day. Ironically, I have Aetna RX card and CVS is partnered with them for prescription. I will not recommend CVS to anyone.

10-15 min wait per car infront of you at the drive through in the pharmacy, god only knows what they do inside while line continually forms around the building. Ii’ve worked in a pharmacy and for cvs in the past and this is outrageous. not first time either every time this place seems to either be understaffed or walk around like dmv sloths.

CVS automation system sends a text "your prescription will be ready at 1:00 and when you get there the Pharmacy is closed. No sign... no information. So I inquire at a cashier and you get an aggravated response of "everyone knows the pharmacy closes for lunch". Two things come to mind... 1) Why do do many if their employees seem utterly unhappy and 2) How much skil does it take to schedule around lunch breaks to keep the pharmacy open. The rest of the store remains open. I can buy gum and a magazine but no pick up my prescription that you just told me was ready. CVS's total lack of concern for customer satisfaction is evident with every visit. Unhappy employees renders unhappy customers. My experience with CVS is that bad, unfriendly, incompetent experiences are the norm not the exception. I think I'll start looking for the final solution. Good luck CVS and its stockholders.

Worst customer service, they always have an attitude. I have been going back and forth with them about a medication, I called before going in to pick up they told me it was ready then I get there and they don’t know anything. Even my Dr office said they were hard to get ahold of. Their pharmacy staff is rude.

This isn't a review about the pharmacy. This is a review about the front of the store and the Manager. DO NOT shop at the rt1 North Attleboro Massachusetts store. The manager there is rude, ignorant, lacks basic knowledge of how transactions work, and extremely unprofessional. I reported to corporate, got a call back, was given some excuses for her aggressive ignorant behavior, and was told something would be done about it. Nothing will be done I'm sure because as soon as excuses are made...they are attempting to defend/justify the way I was treated. Therefore, I have zero confidence that the Manager will even be spoken to about it. As a person of color I question why I was approached that way and accused of trying to scam a gift card that I purchased, with receipt in hand, that was never used and really was simply seeking an explanation. I'll have to assume she either is emotionally immature or racist. Can't think of anything else as I was soft-spoken and respectful. I am highly upset about this experience and will be sure that all my coworkers who also shop there practically daily and everyone else I know, no longer do business there. UPDATE:: My company (Home Health Agency) will no longer be supplied by CVS. That's quite a bit of money they will not be getting from us anymore!!!

I wonder how CVS stays in business. Pharmacies running with only one person on duty is very common. Customer service phone in is horrible. Their app and website doesnt even allow a person to update insurance information. There has to be better than CVS....

Garbage customer phone service, understaffed, robbed by crackheads daily, photo printing has been out for months. Just close down already if you’re this useless.

The phone system was recently changed for this location. It no longer allows for the ability to speak with a live pharmacist and only gives the option to leave a message. This is counterintuitive to those that need their medication quickly & need to let the pharmacy know this. I myself have only a few more hours that tamiflu will work. I feel that I should be able to contact CVS and let them know this without having to leave a message and wait on others to get back to me. My husband had to drive over to the pharmacy to ask a question that could’ve been done over the phone so that he didn’t have to wait in the pharmacy. We could’ve come closer to the time it was ready instead, had we been allowed to speak with a pharmacist.
