I went to the CVS store in Oshkosh. No cashier was at the cash register. I waited several minutes for one. Then asked to please send a cashier. She came out with an awful attitude, seeming to be put out that she had to take my money. This woman has no business in a customer facing job. Walgreens across the street is happy to take my money.

That's hours to get an Rx
Takes hours to get an Rx. Long lines, not enough staff. Pharmacy lines are so long I give up on getting meds due to the time waste of standing there all day.

Health insurance over the counter scam
I had to use cvs for my over the counter items through my insurance and you can’t return those things. I chose (unfortunately) a cvs thermometer that you hold on your head, junk! Temps read different every single time, such crap!
In all fairness though, I have Walmart now and even though I don’t get things in the mail, Walmart does the same thing, you can’t return anything which I believe is such a scam! Why shouldn’t you be able to return items that are not as advertised or defective?? At Walmart I purchased neuriva and when I got it home there were capsules that had broken open and one was just an empty shell half! But nope, not returnable! I’m sorry, but these places are just scamming the system, in my opinion.

CVS pharmacy is the worst
CVS pharmacy is the worst. I have been on hold for 30 mins trying to reach the pharmacy. I can drive there quicker than they will pick up and I guaranty you there will be two people there doing absolutely nothing but chit chatting. I have stood at the counter or at the drive thru window for at least 5 mins before ever being acknowledged. Trying to transfer an RX and Publix said they won’t send it over to them. FFS!!

You're forced to leave a voicemail & are told they'll call within an hour. Didn't happen today & really caused problems. I couldn't get to a live person to pay for my prescriptions someone else was picking up, another problem. They're VERY SLOW re setting up transferred prescriptions.

Web site and Phone is the worst ever to try to refill. Can't refill through the website and the Phone line is ridiculous. To much AI Talking, can't order just what you need without hearing their whole speal. Switching to Walgreen's. You are not user friendly.

CVS Boarderline Criminal Pharmacy
I recommend NOT using CVS, they are a complete scam! They purposely scam people to make more money. I have researched the matter extensively. When I first observed their behavior, like most people, I thought it was just an accident. After a few more times I began to think that CVS is completely incompetent. Then after more than a dozen times, I complained to their corporate office, and they indirectly confirmed what I already had been thinking. They purposely do it to make more money for the company, and they care NOTHING about customer service. A pharmacy spends a specific amount per pill and so they are reimbursed when selling per pill, but if they alter the dispensing of the medication, they can up their profit a considerable amount. Unfortunately, the extra money they earn comes not from the insurance company, but from YOUR pocket! I.E. If you fill a month supply at CVS of a medication, and the doctor writes it up as say 300 pills for 30 days they should dispense the whole 300 pills at one time. What they purposely do is dispense 100 pills every 10 days still equaling a 30 day supply, but they were able to charge you 3 times instead of 1 time! That’s because the pharmaceutical company will charge the same whether its 100 or 300, so it makes sense for the crooks to break it up into smaller amounts to overcharge customers. If the cost of 300 pills/1 month supply is $90, it would make sense that a 10 day supply, or 100 pills would be $30; hence the bill would be the same for the customer by the end of the month. But because they charge per fill and not on the quantity, they will charge you $50 lets say for each of the fills, so at the end of the month, you didn’t spend $90 for one fill, you spent $150 for 3 fills. That’s a $60 profit the crooks make, and it comes from YOUR pocket! If it were simply that the pharmacy did not have the quantity when you filled your Rx, the amount would not be so different.
