CVS online purchasing mechanism is so poorly engineered that I often forego the monthly cost of my ExtraCare subscription plan because it is too difficult to use it. The error message “ Sorry, something went wrong on our end” feels deceptive, as though CVS makes it intentionally too complex and unreliable to use the ExtraCare program.

CVS has failed to respect me as a person, and in my personal opinion, caused defamation/slander outside of the business. Several months ago, before some extreme trauma and anxiety were resolved, I had a particularly challenging day. In one specific instance, my anxiety got the best of me, and as I was trying to move out of an employee’s way, I quickly became confused. This has escalated, and I have since heard comments outside of this location. I am currently considering guidance. (Employee names and descriptions are available.) On a positive note, the anxiety is now 1000x’s better, but I’d absolutely recommend avoiding the particular location at all costs. (I still get my prescriptions serviced at a different CVS.)

I would give ZERO if I could.

Out of all the pharmacies that i have been to. This has got to be the worst! They called me and said my order was ready and then it wasnt. I had this happen on 3 different occasions!

No stars. The worst technology for access to Minute Clinic. Just ridiculously terrible. CVS Acton, Massachusetts can’t afford to have a person answer or transfer your call? Never get another prescription or use Minute Clinic again. Still can’t get Lab results online or over the phone, 3 days later.

CVS is expensive, and the pharmacy is weird. They used to have an auto-refill option to get prex, refilled automatically. Now they have taken it out and automatically reschedule for refill, which I can't opt out at the site. I ask the pharmacists and they say they can't control it. I email the management (it's a joke) and they pass the buck to the pharmacist.

Pharmacist refused to give me MMR vaccine even though I was a candidate for it and had my BC/BS insurance that I pay $900.00 a month for.

Placed a pickup retail order last night. A received a text that it was ready for pickup but when I went to the store today my order was not there. The local CVS staff person told me there was nothing in the system about my order. I phoned CVS (888 607 4287) and eventually was told that it was an issue with the system; the store never received my order. My only option was to wait until the order was automatically cancelled when I would receive a refund. A refund in a few days does NOT help. I NEEDED THE 3 PACKS OF DIAPERS & OTHER PERSONAL CARE ITEMS FROM MY $81 PURCHASE NOW. Also, previously I had used digital coupons on a previous purchase but lost them when the order had to be voided. I assume that may happen when the current purchase is cancelled. Another time, my digital coupons would not transfer to my EC card at all. P.S. My local staff and pharmacy at 4999 S. Fed. Hwy 34982 are consistently wonderful.
