First of all the store part of this pharmacy is excellent. Good stock and good customer service. Now for the pharmacy. I am 65 years old, so I have been to my share of pharmacies. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I picked up my meds and went to the consultation window to speak with the pharmacy. I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited for a long time (thats 1 waited for every minute). There were 3 people behind the window all doing something, but certainly not any customer service. I finally walked out

A "MARRIED" Pharmacist whom is having an intimate relationship, with a pharmacy customer. Most importantly, the emotional & personal interaction with the customer's child. The pharmacy changed my prescription without my approval. A $10.00 copay cost me $80.00 This actually happened 2 times because I was told it would be handled the first time. Which it never was. This means CVS stole money from me. I had a manager reach out to me and said she would call. That was never done. I called the CVS headquarters and spoke to a representative that said they would take my information and someone would get back to me. That never happened. CVS manager and headquarters absolutely do not care about the customer.

Nobody in the store to help or answer questions. I got an Easter card and was going to get some other things but couldn't find them. And nobody at checkout, self checkout only. May never go back.

disgusting company - i get 6-8 emails every single day from people they have sold my data too. people and companies i wouldnt trust, using gmail accounts etc. dont give them yoru personal data.

This is the bottom of the barrel Pharmacy. It's dirty, unstocked, gauging prices that go up every time u enter and the miserable staff especially the manager and the pharmacists are horrible. I filed a complaint today with CVS Corporate office. I'll never step foot into this store ever again. It's gone completely downhill under the Manager Rachel's leadership. Go anywhere else but here. All the CVS pharmacies here in Asheville have gone downhill. Beware.

Dropped off a UPS package ant Woodstock, VA and when I didn’t get an immediate confirmation by text, I asked the young lady at the counter to check to make sure the telephone was entered correctly. She refused and said it takes time to get the confirmation. 24 hours later, no confirmation.

Worst customer service at Ansonia Ct Pershing Drive location! Pharmacist arguementative, combative, unfriendly, impatient and would not answer my questions calling me rude! Wow! You need a med and this is the way you are treated?
