I want to recognize Gerorgette, the pharmacist at CVS Brickell, for her outstanding service and genuine care. I walked in extremely frustrated and ready to write a long negative review, and even change pharmacies. That completely changed because of her. Despite being incredibly busy, Gerorgette took the time to listen, showed remarkable patience, and demonstrated true passion for helping people. She personally contacted my doctor’s office, worked through the issue, and found a real solution to my prescription problem. She never rushed me, never dismissed my concerns, and treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process. She truly made my day. Thanks to Gerorgette, I am staying with CVS as a customer. I am deeply grateful for everything she did..this is the kind of service that deserves recognition. CVS is very lucky to have her.

I'm writing to commend pharmacist Jessica Tinari-Holmes. She's been with the CVS in Havertown, PA for quite awhile, and NEVER fails to deliver stellar service. Most recently, she returned calls promptly and helped my friend and me save money on prescriptions. Her caring and expertise are second to none. Jessica is a real asset to CVS, and makes me want to use this particular store for all my business. I also want to commend the pharmacy and store managers and the rest of the staff. Everyone there tries to be very helpful and truly serve customers. This is the best store in my area!

I wanted Nutrafol to grow my hair back and CVS has a dupe! It is more than half the price and they take FSA accounts!

I love this store in Inverness Florida. 602 W Main St. My favorite people are the in pharmacy. Dean and Liz welcome me with my name which makes me feel at home. Hands down Dean is the man.

I've been to this location a few times now, and they were always nice and very efficient with minimal wait time. I have absolutely not had any issues with this CVS in the past, either, although CVS isn't perfect, idk! After reading some of the reviews, I'm scared. But- then again, it's October, and all the weirdos come out. Lol

After reading some of the reviews from my local CVS Pharmacy, I was understandably, on guard going there. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, polite and customer service driven by the service I received. While in line, the cashier said, “I’ll be with you in a minute”, I’ve been back several times and have received the same quality service. I don’t know if the managers upgraded the staff since the negative reviews were received, or you get back what you expect, but I’m proud to say, well done CVS West End, I’ll be back again and again.

I submitted a review of an individual that I thought was a manager, she was not. I went into the store a few days later and was introduced to the manager. She explained that the person I dealt with was a cashier. The manager turned out to be an excellent representative of CVS. She was kind, understanding and insisted on making my situation correct. I told her that with some additional help the cashier would do a better job going forward. The manager's name is Faye and she manages the store located at 7030 Jog Rd in Lake Worth, I wish I had not made an assumption that the person I dealt with initially was the manager. I was frustrated and therefore I submitted a review that was not accurate
