My CVS is in Cape May, NJ. I think it’s a disgrace & an outrage that you have to pay if you want a bag. CVS prices are ridiculously high as is and to have the nerve to charge a customer for a plastic bag is appalling. I had to pick up 7 of my prescriptions today and was asked “ do you need to purchase a bag?” I knew they charge for bags but I refused strictly on the principal of the matter. I walked out of the store carrying 7 bags with medications in them which was very awkward to say the least but how dare they charge for a bag when their prices are high enough and deserve to be bagged for free. I have to use CVS pharmacy because of my insurance plan but I never purchase anything in their store now because of them charging for a bag. I don’t believe Walgreens or Rite Aid charge for a bag. Incredible!!!! Disgraceful!!

Always could rely on getting prescriptions delivered but when I ordered other personal items, I waited about a week for them to ship out my order and then they canceled two items that I needed. When they canceled it due to "low in stock", they never stated the item was out of stock on their website before or even after my items was canceled. On their website, the two items that were canceled were then "on sale" or had coupon codes. Very odd. Regardless, my oder was delivered. Wish they were more transparent about canceling items.

Long story short... CVS is the most expensive drug store chain. In comparing the same product(s). other chains like Walgreens and Rite Aid are sometimes 50% lower in price; which I find ridiculous and deserves an explanation. Why are CVS prices so much higher than the rest? Inquiring and economical minds need to know. I just hope you're paying your employees a decent wage with all that extra money you're raking in from your higher than average priced merchandise. Other than that, their customer service and product selection is pretty good, the employees are usually friendly and helpful, and self checkout is a breeze. But they're still too damn expensive.

Called the CVS Pharmacy in Plymouth, MN (County Road 6 and 101) to ask about an over the counter drug I'd like to pick up at the drive through as I'm high risk for Covid 19. The pharmacist was helpful and transferred me to the "store" to ask them to bring it to the pharmacy for pick up - Marcella answered my call and I started to explain to her about an over the counter medication ..... that's as far as I got, as she interrupted and replied "I'll transfer you", and back to the pharmacy I went. I live within 2 miles of this CVS, have never been in this CVS and if Marcella is any reflection of their customer service, I never will be.

Good evening, it's April 18th. Why I do not like shopping there is that overall it's more expensive than competition and they do not honor the sale promotions. Buy one get one 50off Reading glasses. Simple yes? No! I get one regular reader and another sunglass reader, both foster grant READERS. Both rang up full price. Staff just stared at me, didn't offer to fix. I didn't buy them!!! Store #6003. I appreciate the store being open during this time but these things don't help the staff who risk working with the public.

Cvs in Avon Park. Florida The wait time at this cvs location is ridiculous.the Pharmacy does NOT have enough help. You call them and I have been on hold for 35 minutes and more before they even answer and say HOLD PLEASE. We were in there last Tuesday. We were told our meds would be ready at 3pm. We got there at 5pm, and guess what, not ready. They did expedite the order and filled them only after a 50 minute wait. Then one was out of stock. Pharmacist said it would be in next day, well, guess what? I just called three days later and it still is not there. Next year when in Florida for 4 months we will certainly go to another cvs. I gave them three years and it is only getting worse.

Why does it take 15 mins to answer a phone. Come on we got better things to do.

Using the minute clinic. I set up my appointment online for 9:20. I was not seen until after 10 am. That seems excessive when the person ahead of me was inside when I arrived at 9 am to check in. I was next in-line.
