Horrible uneducated staff that cater to those that are paying out of pocket or w/e be the case. The staff keep screwing with my prescriptions and putting them away when they should be held for 2 weeks especially when the person has been dealing with a domestic violence situation.

My name is Yuvonne Brazier and for over 30 years I have been an avid CVS customer. I am 75 years old now, and I feel so let down at what CVS has become.. This time of my life is when I need them the most, and I cannot even get an order through without calling customer service. The app that I use is useless. Here in Mobile, Alabama, there’s only two Drugstore’s that are prevalent, and CvS is the closest. Yesterday I received what seemed like an AI generated email that read almost threatening concerning using their app. It was long an menacing. So goodbye CVs.

Employees are not friendly and sometimes gruff acting as if they are bothered by your presence. Also, when purchasing supplemental vitamins that typically cost about $23 per bottle anywhere else, CVS advertises buy one get one free for $44.00. If you only buy one bottle it remains $44.00 and the only way you get one bottle for half price is if only one bottle is available. That is no way to treat customers. So, me and my family have ditched CVS and going somewhere else.

CVS 800 746-7287 POOR & frustrating customer service. I finally reached CVS.com dept to inquire about a charge on my cc the rep told me it was a pharmacy charge but she could not identify what it was. She insisted she could not tell me what item or product it was and transferred me to general pharmacy customer service who insisted they had nothing to do with cvs.com and transferred me back . The 2nd rep at cvs.com began talking about transferring me AGAIN but I stopped him in his tracks, explaining my call was related to cvs.com . I gave him my phone number & email and the amount he said he didn’t show that amount but then he read me the same amount and I asked him to identify the items — I insisted he try before transferring me again and guess what he found them! 45 mins for all this incompetence.

If I could give CVS pharmacy zero stars, I would, because they don’t deserve even one star. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their representatives seem to have no idea how to help customers. I contacted them because I needed help adding my son as a member under my ExtraCare account. I was unable to add him myself online because of their poorly designed system. I tried calling several times, and every time I was left on hold for hours. Each customer service representative transferred me to a different department, and the call eventually ended by being disconnected. Even the employees working in the pharmacy were inexperienced and unable to help me. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Worst pharmacy and worst customer service ever.

I was using a medication as off label for 10 years. Doctor and insurance approved. Then one day out of no where the pharmacy would not fill it. They wouldn’t tell me why and said they would have to talk to my doctor. My doctor called them and he explained I’ve been taking for 10 years as no other med worked. The pharmacist said to the doctor “I don’t care. I am not filling it”. I transferred to Walgreens and all was well again.

My wife was injured riding an e-bike and had to make a trip to the ER while we were on vacation in Savannah, GA. After she was treated and released I went to a CVS near the historic district to get a prescription filled. The pharmacist assistant said they were closing in five minutes. I said I was glad I made it in time because we were leaving in the morning. The pharmacist interjects and says, "Sorry we are closing”. It was only 5:00 pm. The web site says the pharmacy is open until 6:00 pm. She refused to take a moment and fill the prescription. It would have taken a couple of minutes. I tried to explain this was kind of urgent yet she just blew me off. The assistant said he was sorry but they can have it ready tomorrow by noon. I asked if they had the medication in stock. He said yes. But the pharmacist is leaving. Worst attitude and customer service ever.

The delays were infuriating. I received a text telling me the prescription would be ready by 4 pm. When I arrived about 4:30, I was told they were down a pharmacist and it would be ready the next morning. When I arrived the next morning, I was told it should be ready about noon. When I came back at noon, I was told the prescription had been expedited and would be ready after the lunch break. When I returned at 2:30, I was told it would not be ready until after 5 pm. I have felt I have been given the run around. Every time I came in, I was led to believe it would be available within 2 hours.
