CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

I had an awesome experience today while picking up my prescription...Eva, from the pharmacy on Lil creek rd in Norfolk Va was very helpful with saving me money from a coupon for my prescription...in addition she was extremely patient with a genuine smile that almost brought me to tears...I am so very happy she gave me a new perspective on excellence in customer service..!..Theresa L

This Cvs has improved 100% since Nick the pharmacist has taken over. He is beyond helpful and I trust that he can help me if there are any problems. Thank you

CVS is the absolute BEST especially the pharmacist Raj Akruwala! He always helps me I'm so grateful he's the best! The last two months someone screwed up all my scripts and the due date which was all wrong. I asked to talk to Raj A. He's the pharmacist at CVS Plainfield Ave in South Plainfield and the best pharmacist I ever had. I'm very I'll I'm on like 20 meds a day give or take. I see many specialist I'm very Ill I see my pysch once every 3 months they are supposed to hold them and throw out old ones. Someone messed up all my meds I didn't get them when I was supposed to not Raj's fault. He was so busy I asked to speak to him he took time out of his busy schedule to help me. It was many meds to fix the right days and he was so busy. But he stopped and came over to talk to me. It was around 11am he said call him at 4pm. He fixed ALL my scripts with the correct date so I could get my one order of them and more which were due. I can't go without them been on them for years could have withdrawal that's bad. Raj A. The pharmacist fixed them all and I got the ones due thankfully. He really worked hard and fixed all my scripts he took time out of his super busy day to help me. I am so grateful for him he saved me many problems he worked so hard for me with his busy schedule. I checked online CVS app all was fixed I got my meds when I was due for them. I called cvs to see how much my 3 prescriptions were. I'm poor and it would have been to much and I was gonna have to choose witch one I could afford and go without the rest. The lady could tell I didn't have the money. When I got there the staff at CVS in Owasso, OK had found some way to getalk 3 for around $50. Awesome staff. Thnx cvs

Just want to say that Jessica the pharmacist at the Oceanside NY store on Atlantic Ave.was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me fill my prescription. She called my insurance co. and got my prescription filled even though there was a problem with it in the system. She's the best

Our CVS in Olive Branch MS. on Goodman Road is great. So if your looking for a complaint go to another review! This staff treats of all their customers with respect and serves us as fast as they can. Their busy because their good. I'm over 65 so I've been to all the Pharmacy's in the Memphis area just like all of you and I choose CVS! I tried to buy the lunch but all the manager (Katie) just asked for a review. So here it is 5 of 5!
