The pharmacist on duty left me a very inappropriate voicemail. I recently had a hip replacement surgery and have been prescribed pain medication for 90 days. The pharmacist on duty said that my request to get my medication was a red flag and that cvs would not fill the prescription sent in by my doctor's office. That is very inappropriate. The pharmacist was also very rude when I was in the store. The pharmacist that was very rude wore a head scarf. I won't be using cvs again because of this.

CVS on 24802 Aldine Westfield is the worst pharmacist took my daughter on 01/03/26 to get her flu shot at 330, pharmacist was a real pig, and she just rushed the medication into my child arm, didn’t have the curiosity to say a word just a mean person !!!! Clearly gonna report her to Pharmaceutical Board .

The worst I’ve ever dealt with. I now must go to the pharmacy in person to order my prescription. HORRIBLE.

Missy is the pharmacist at 1300 Wilmington Ave. She is rude, berating, belittling, and gets off on putting poor folks in their proper place. I'm out of insulin and she has mine on a hold. Mocked me and said I could pay for it, while I wait for insurance approval. That's how CVS handles people who are sick and on SSDI. Like were nothing, but trash

This is more for future potential employees, they are unsympathetic to autistic people and their needs, demanding that you have to keep eye contact with every single customer is completely ridiculous, i don't even want to have to talk to them but I will get over that because that's what store Associates have to do but there is absolutely no reason why I have to make myself completely and totally uncomfortable staring at everybody in the eye and then when I brought that up to them they were just like, feedback received and in no way was any type of accommodating or sympathetic they just didn't care so if you have autism and you want to work here I'd say pass because they don't care

CVS pharmacy I used to think is a good place until 2 very disgusting incidents with their pharmacy dept. All my life I used to be a very healthy person but these last days i've had a few hiccups. I had reasons to pick up a prescription at the CVS branch on Brambleton Ave, Roanoke VA. I joined the line like everyone else. when it was my turn the female behind the counter could not find my medication that was called in several hours ago. She wasted about 15-20 mins of my time just walking around looking in bins. when she finally found it, I showed her my single care card with the price, she yelled to her colleague in the corner and for all the other customers to hear- "she has a coupon, can you come look at it I never seen it before" I was taken aback and felt insulted. I said to her it's a pharmacy discount like goodrx. she then told me that it would take 20 minutes for them to changes and use the single care card. I told her not to bother. The whole encounter, loudness and mannerism left much to be desired and I will not be returning. The pharmacy has ruined everything. I wouldn't even be going for their discount shopping with MFR coupons. I have lost ALL interest because of 2 disappointing encounters back to back and both of them is with the pharmacy dept, they are running away customers from the whole store!!!

Placed an order for SHIPPING on CVS.com, Dec 25, 2025, for some small items. Early Dec28th, they sent an email CANCELLING my order, saying it wasn't in stock. It's now late evening and the website still shows the items *ARE* IN-STOCK FOR SHIPPING. What is going on with these BILLION-dollar company. There is ZERO reason to not have their crap together.

Do not shop at CVS. One sign that a company is poorly managed and hanging onto a thread financially is how they deal with returns. CVS goes out of their way to make sure you cannot get your money back or even a store credit. My daughter purchased an item for my birthday in **********. I live in *********. Supposedly, one should be able to return an item to any CVS. Problem is you cannot without the paper receipt, even though my daughter texted me a copy of the online itemized receipt, it was not sufficient as it did not have a BARCODE. So I reached out to CVS headquarters where the call reception staffer made an obviously slow and inept attempt to assist me with getting a proper receipt. He continued to stall, saying he was trying to see how to get what I needed. I then requested contact by what he called a regional lead. No call was ever forthcoming. I was informed by a clerk at one of the CVS stores that my daughter should be able to locate a barcode on the CVS app by scrolling further down from the receipt she had sent. No barcode was found. All in all a very frustrating experience, especially with CVS personnel sending me on a wild goose ****** never intending I should receive money back for the item. This is a horrendous display of poor business acumen. I will never ever shop at this shabby business.
