HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Received prescription but when I got home, pills were stuck together. I went back to store next day and was informed it was my fault because I stored pills in the bathroom, which I have been doing for TWO YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS. Of course, clerks there didn't believe that and wouldn't replace the defective pills unless I paid full price for replacement. Won't be going back to this store again.

Got out the hospital on 1/25 /2018 for heart attack had my medicine transfer to CVS and I need my medicine by 5 they never got it to me until 8 felt discriminated against because it was $1,000 for their medicine couldn't afford it had to transfer to Walmart it was $132 seems like they didn't want to transfer my medicine because of that then hospitalized on the 30th for real bad gout raise my blood pressure needed my medicine and hospital transfer my medicine there CVS again try to transfer it to Walmart they had a problem I called that night complaining to the main headquarters they said they're going to do all kinds of stuff for me next morning medicine still wasn't there call and complain to the headquarters they put me on three-way she heard the ladies rude attitude at the pharmacist then gave me a case number saying someone be contacted me in 24 hours to 48 Hours someone named Daniel it is now past 5 6 days now nothing back I think I'm going to have to get a lawyer for them I shouldn't have to fight for my medicine after I had to fight for my life anybody that's going to CVS or rude and they act like they're going to do something for you but they won't so think twice before you go go somewhere else

The company has lost control of their incentive programs to the point that they are making unbelievably bad management decisions. A key part of their incentives is a quarterly rebate -- they issue is they tell you that you have it but as we have found more often than not, it says it has been printed and there is NO WAY to get it then. We inquired in stores, they said it was a KNOWN issue and to talk to online support, went there, they said they knew about it and to call some special # who will take care of (told us even how they will take care of it). We call after much discussion they just say sorry, you lose that money -- our policy is to NOT make this right. LITERALLY ! We gave them example of how rebates are lost, we ordered from their curbside, the store ran it, and printed the receipt and then found they didn't have the item, so if they had not called personally to tell us to come to store we would have lost $15 rebate as it printed on the receipt they processed. THIS IS NO WAY to run a business, if we earned the rebate don't play games! NO excuse you don't put rebates to the CVS card so they are NEVER LOST and they can be used on check-out as we wish. They have lost our business -- there are so many sites today who deliver to our door at the discount prices they they think are so good that they need to cheat you on incentives they say you have earned but can't access !

There is no personality with the employees. It’s like they are not allowed to be personable with the customer. Unfortunately our location and town is primarily Hispanic and the Hispanic employees focus on the Hispanic customers first, will communicate in Spanish only!, and we are forced to either wait until they are finished or leave from frustration. We feel like they are racist towards white people and speak Spanish so we don’t understand what they are telling each other. We are so tired of this treatment in Hereford at CVS Pharmacy and the store employees. The Store Manager is Hispanic but that should not excuse the employees from providing positive customer service to ALL customers.

CVS pharmacy on Las Vegas blvd is always sooo crowded! Please finally do smth about it as I hate waiting in these endless lines.

I've picked my pain medication at CVS Apollo Beach, FL33572 and after counting my tablets there were 10 (10 !) tablets missing. I contacted them and they did not want to fill fully my prescription - so instead of 60 tablets I have now only 50 tablets. They said that after their pharmacy stock recount everything is in order. But I don't have my 10 tablets and if their stock is in order somebody must take them for own use. Next time I will ask for recount at the counter because this is unacceptable for a customer!

My dads perscriptions have been filled for many years at Target and never an issue, until CVS came in with all new people....they are as dumb as hammers. Every month they had something wrong either the co pay or prescription Finally I had enough and transferred them all over to Walgreens in La Quinta. All my perscription's are there and never have had any problems...except waiting in long lines. So done with CVS!!!

went in to have my eye looked at and some eye drops prescribed and was told that I should just see an optomologist and that will be $153.00. If you can't treat me, just tell me, charge a reasonable amount for your time and let me go on my way!!!!! Please don't waste your money there. Complete rip off!!!!!!!
