Due to my insurance I was told that only cvs took it in my area. So when I moved here in May 2018 I had my prescriptions switched to cvs. It took 2 weeks for them to get them and when they filled them they gave me the wrong amount. That resulted in Multiple trips to the pharmacy when I had always gone once every three months. The next time they gave me the wrong high bp meds. Then they claimed they didn’t have my prescription on file. It is now January2019 and today was the final straw. After receiving a text that my meds were ready I got to the pharmacy only to be told that they didn’t have anything for me.
I tried another pharmacy and they didn’t take my insurance. Then while grocery shopping I decided to price my meds as if I had no ins. Only to find the grocery store pharmacy actually accepts my insurance!
I’m doing my happy dance now that I never have to step foot in cvs ever again!!

Prescription Drugs Compromised
Sadly, here is my most recent experience. My doctor ordered a GI cleanse (to be taken before colonoscopy). Four months ago, the CVS on Moody Blvd, Flagler Beach, Fl. filled this prescription. It is a powder formula that comes in a one-gallon plastic bottle. When I opened the package at home, the seal from this container had been opened, so I returned it. I rescheduled my appointment for the colonoscopy and waited until I had returned to Asheville, NC where once again I had the same prescription filled by CVS at Westgate Mall. The seal on the container was fine, however when I poured the water into the bottle to mix the formula before drinking it, the liquid began to flow out of a hole on the bottom of the bottle. After drinking it that evening, I became very sick with intense burning in my GI tract. The day after I was still breathless and nauseous. I was to take some of the formula again in the morning so I kept some of the powder aside. I have sent that formula to a lab to be tested. I suspect it had been tampered with at the pharmacy.

Violator of Ethics and Human Rights (Store10351)
"How can I explain this inexplicable truth about my experience with one particular worker at policy ordering the same of a non- discrimination policy in CVS comparative analysis take on this in their CODE OF CONDUCT." As they say, "always"! Well you better believe it that I stumbled upon a smaller experience in doing 'business as usual' here at store #10351! Am I lying, look into it! This wreckless store counter help claiming to the man. Only she was just a customer service with bad manners; low esteem and very dark gloomy insights on management. Her side worker 'anthony': remanefested after the incident was all over. The store's general manager was posted outside est. bldg. So why should I be made a fool. Involving others such as police had not helped but made things worst for me after enduring, race discrimination from a inferior black~ I blew my top at the cops have set the black woman to come out on me; then ordered me to return to the "CVS pharmacy and drug store" (or) ultimately I be jailed? What? Go figure how this is wrong and poses more distress than bargaining at a cvs store. Not to forget, I think that the managing branch contact for this local "CVS" are giving the store employees the right to "harass, mishandle, misappropriate the truth and then deceive a whole person with onlookers standing (smirkly and idly agreeing by verbally pushing confrontation) by. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOURS. I know that "CVS Pharmacy and Drug Store" is OUT OF ORDER. Let me mention the guilt I felt having an urine incontinence issue IN THE FILTEST BATHROOM ever. It is not the first time; the manager does not seem to be able to manage her job. Your response can help us all to make the abuses null and void. View CVS Health Human Rights Policy.

Our hometown pharmacy was just bought…
Our hometown pharmacy was just bought out by CVS. They have lots of pharmacists but not enough cashiers. Tried to get a refill on an inhaler that I use a,coupon on. No record of coupon wanted to charge me full price. After waiting in line I had to go back home print another coupon and come back. Waited in line again only to be told "Please have a seat and wait." A process that should have taken 15 minutes was closer to 45. Totally dissatisfied. Not even an apology anywhere in the transaction.

This Manager needs some people skills!
I ordered photos from an online app at my local CVS (Bluewater Bay store in Niceville FL) Being the first time I had done this, I must have missed the spot where you are able to add a discount code, and before I knew it, my order was complete and I had not yet entered the code I found from the online site. Instead of getting my photos for $10, I would have to pay over $33 if I didn't fix this. I could not find a way to cancel my online order from my app. So I called the store and asked them if they could either cancel my order when it came in, or give me the price I found online, in the store when I picked them up. I was told by the manager of the store that I didn't have to cancel the order, and that he would give me the price I found on the website if I printed the page and brought it in-but he said it was a one-time-only deal. I was happy and said thank you. I went to pick up my photos several hours later, and they had not printed yet. The manager came to me and said he needed to see the page I printed, which I showed to him. He then began complaining about how he was going to get into big trouble doing this and that when he tried the app, the offer to put in a code was as clear as day! He continued to make me feel like I was stealing from him and told me how difficult I was making this for him. I again offered to cancel the order and go back to my app and attempt it again. He said "No, I will make this one time adjustment". So I waited for the photos to print. When they were done, I went to the register, and he again complained about how it was difficult to do the transaction, and when it was rung up, he held up the receipt and said "Wow, you were supposed to pay $33 and you only have to pay $10!" I said "Yes, that is why I wanted to use the online code in the first place. He looked at me as though it was coming out of his pocket. I felt so degraded. I proceeded to tell him that I work with the public in a service capacity every day and would never ever consider making a client feel as small and as bad as he made me feel that day (yesterday). I told him that I have never been a criminal and am honest in all I do, but being treated as a thief and as though I was working some kind of scam, was absolutely unacceptable. He then began to back off and scramble to be nicer, saying next time I came in....etc. I told him "There will be no next time. I will not go back to my local CVS ever again, and most likely will find another place to shop altogether, due to the way this turned out.

Sunday 6/17/2018 around 9am
Sunday 6/17/2018 around 9am. Store number #4259. 1319 Magie Ave, Union, NJ 07083.
An employee who is a women with brown hair in a ponytail followed me down one aisle after another, while I was shopping. Upon following me into a third aisle, she seemed intent on following me down every aisle and asked me if I need help. I'm an African American women and felt intimidated by her behavior. It appeared to be racial profiling. I have not had this experience before at this store's location. Maybe the corporation can offer her to attend sensitivity training.
