I just went to CVS on Herndon at village center and asking the pharmacist lady about vegan vitamins and she told me to go to G.N.C and they don’t have it and not even in a nice way even though cvs has a whole line of vegan and vegetarian vitaminsans

I have been trying to fulfill a necessary prescription for my seven year old son since Monday afternoon. My wife called in the Rx between 3:30pm to 4:00pm on Monday ( 2-4-19). She stops off today after work today between 5:30pm to 6:00pm. The prescription is not ready and they tell her it will be another hour. She calls CVS around 7:30pm to 7:45pm and they tell her twenty more minutes. I wait until 8:10pm to 8:15pm to leave. I get there and wait in a line with four customers ahead of me. I meet a guy behind the counter and he apologizes about the wait and being slammed, but says it will be another ten minutes. I am hesitant and give him the stink eye, but I say no more and browse the store. He tells me that he will make my prescription a top priority and will expedite me. I get bored of the store and pace around the prescription desk again. An older blonde female pharmacist asks if she can help me and I tell her my story thus far. She tells me that she can only give me 22 pills of the prescription because that's all they have. One, she couldn't transfer it to another CVS since it was electronically sent to them from the doctor and two, we would miss eight pills because of the electronic prescription. She says sorry, that someone should have checked to see if there was enough for the prescription. The funny thing is that it was her and one other male employee that was running the pharmacy. Is she blaming herself? When she told me she couldn't fill it short of us loosing eight pills, I saluted her and walked out. Nothing but silence from the pharmacist upon walking out. Yes, we waited too long to fill my son's prescription, but does one mean to tell me that a common needed prescription can't be filled/communicated after approximately thirty hours in the 21st century. I will never slide another dollar of my money across the clerk counter of this CVS. We are transferring this prescription in the morning.

CVS is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to especially the ones in westland 6501 N Wayne Rd and Hunter Rd and S Wayne Rd and Palmer the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are rude nasty people thet treat you like I wouldn't treat my worst enemy!!!!! I recently switched to MINT pharmacy on S Wayne Rd behind Apex medical it's very good pharmacy

CVS is the most unprofessional Pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life and I've been to a lot of them !! Ive waited 4 hours for my scripts that they said would be done in 15 20 mins. After waiting forever i went up to see if they were ready because when i first dropped them off they said to me ok u want to wait I'll expedite them right away. I said ok. After waiting again i went back to get my scripts thay said oh they still working on them ??!! I said its been hour's & u said 15 20 mins !!!!!! Then the guy said ok ill expedite them now. What ?? The lady said when I first dropped them off they were expedited right away because I was a waiter !!!??? Now i have to wait again !! 4 hours later they called my name & dident even have the decency to tell me they dident fill 1 of my scripts !! I should of check but coming from Youngs pharmacy i never had to. But lesson learned !! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SCRIPTS B4 U LEAVE THE SRORE "CVS" And its not just 1 CVS there all the same !!! Incapable of communicating at all and they don't care about your time even a little bit !! They could care less if u waited hour's or not !! I will NEVER step foot in any CVS ever again this has happed 1 to many times !!!

CVS Specialty Pharmacy failed to deliver seizure medication ACTH for our five month old infant son who has been diagnosed with Infantile Spasms, a very rare and very serious form of epilepsy. They told us the medication would be sent overnight and would require a signature (due to the astronomical cost. The medicine was not even sent. We did not get a phone call and they have both my number and my wife's number. Zero notice and our precious baby boy will not have his daily shot. If he has seizures it causes neurological development problems, and he screams in shock and pain. This compounded by the irresponsible voice answering system they have. After 25 minutes in a "your phone call is important to us queue, " I finally gave up and pressed "1" to leave a message and be called back. When I pressed "1" the voice system told me the mail box was full. And there was no way to get back into the queue. So I called back. 20 minutes on hold later I was answered by a person who assured us they would send our son's refill medication overnight so he would get his dose. I left early from work to get to the UPS Store before they closed so I could pick up his medication. No delivery. No phone call. You can imagine how my wife and I feel tonight knowing our sweet baby boy will not have his medication.

After placing my first order on the website, I was prompted to create an password for the e-mail I used to create an account, which I did. I received e-mail confirmation for my order, and then another email a few days later saying my order is delayed and to check the status under my order history. But when I logged into my account and checked my order history, it showed that I did not place any orders. Tried to look for a way to check an order's status with my/an order number but it does not seem to be an option. Very inconvenient and frustrating, not only that my order is delayed, but I have no way to check the status. Highly DO NOT recommend CVS.com.

I was going to cvs pick up my medicine it not ready yet so I wait it. I ask the people who work there to use the restroom and wait for a long time no one open. I work to the cashier ask if she can open the door for me. She said only the manager KENYOTA COMBS store #5317 date 1/22/19. I was a pregnant women with a child. Who both need to use the restroom, the manager walk toward us ask if we have a problem. I said no, he told me why I have an attitude, which I don’t have attitude. He walk close to me and start to yell and try to scare me and not let me use the restroom. Tell me to leave the store. Which I didn’t do anything wrong wait to pick up my medicine and need to go to restroom with my three years old daughter. He was talk about ya people. What do my people or his people got to do with it, What a worse manager I have ever see in my life. For a store like that kind of attitude to treat your customers especially with pregnant women and a three years old child, he try to kick us out when we just wait to be open the door to go to restroom and he didn’t want to do so. Instead he give he trouble and try to kick us out.

Went to CVS @ 1122 E Broadway, Glendale, CA on December 10 to fill my controlled substance prescription and was told that they don't have the said medication on stock. I currently resides overseas and I asked them if they can fill it for me within two weeks prior to my flight and the pharmacy technician said yes. When I came back the day prior to my departure, the prescription was not filled. I have to drive to three more CVS pharmacies within the area just to look for it so that I can have my pain meds with me when I fly home. The technician in CVS along N. Central Ave. was kind and considerate enough to suggest a 24-hour CVS that I can check if they carry my medication and thankfully I was able to get it.
