CVS is terrible! They are the worst for how they treat and respond to customers! I have 3 small children and CVS always finds a way to make my life harder, they have horrible customer service! It doesn’t matter which one I go to, they all are rude and have no idea how to treat customers properly! They don’t even care how many times they can mess up on someone prescriptions, they make zero effort to show they value your business! CVS in Pomona, inside Target, and on Foothill in La Verne are the worst I have ever been to!

Called customer service about my extra care card. Called every week for almost a month. My last time I called I asked for a manager or supervisor the woman told me no that I couldn't. She would handle my issues and she didnt and left me on hold for over 15 minutes. She told me that if I didnt listen to her she was going to hang up on me!

Ordered my meds for next day delivery at the CVS in 330 rues in. In East Brunswick, NJ. And for the next three days I was told they would deliver. I was even told they would refund the delivery charge and give me a $20.00 gift card. Never saw that neither. I am home bound and can't even drive. I am appalled at the blatant disregard they have for there customers.

Two days ago the young man at the drive thru was argumentative and ROLLED HIS EYES at me when I was asking about the new prescription. Today my prescriptions got here at 4:45 and at 7:00 they STILL WERE NOT READY. The girl at the window rude and short with me. Seemed extremely bothered that I was there to pick up prescriptions called in 2 hours ago. I use the Clear Lake City Blvd location. The new people are very rude and the service is slow. DO YOU WANT MY BUSINESS??? YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN!!!

When you call because it says to call and you get a Jasmin she will tell you it is not her problem and transfer you! How rude is that? This is the 1st and last time that I want to use your pharmacy! I will be in touch with my insurance company to use someone else from this point forward!

They filled a prescription when I was very ill. My husband picked it up, brought it home and read the "warning" labels on it; then gave it to me. There was NOT a label stating this had to be taken with food and no one at CVS had bothered to inform him of this. Since we had no knowledge of this I had not eaten before taking it. I ended up extremely nauseous, dehydrated and in the hospital. CVS will not respond to my messages/complaints. They should not be allowed to hold a pharmacy license! As busy as Walmart pharmacies are, they always give you a consult and be sure you know how to properly take the prescriptions. That CVS gets away with this uncaring negligence is a travesty.

I was forced to change pharmacies due to changes in Medicare laws when my cost program went away. My previous pharmacy was Walmart which had great customer service and communicated well with me. Since having to change to CVS, there has been poor communication, messed up prescriptions, and almost every complaint that I've had has been met with the statement that 'it's CVS policy'. I hold a doctorate in healthcare administration and it seems to me that CVS policies are NOT in the best interest of the patient. My quality of life has dramatically decreased in the two months that I've been fighting with CVS because it's taken up to two weeks to get prescriptions straightened out that I've been on for a long time...that's two weeks that I've had to go without my medications and that's completely unacceptable.

I just went in for the 3rd time to see about a prescription refill in a week. It still was not ready. When I asked for an explanation the one girl that was helping said that after 3 attempts to contact the doctor's office the stop. I ask why I wasn't told they couldn't contact the doctor for the refill and she said I should have been. It was at this point that another girl walked over and told me to download the app for any of this information. When I told her that I wasn't interested in using the app she just kept talking over me telling me to use the app. At this point I was upset and then the pharmacist walked over and started talking down to me telling me that for my best health management results that I needed to use the app. When I got mad and told her to stop being condescending she told me to leave or she would call the police. I left but stopped at the front of the store to talk to the manager on duty, told him I wanted to talk to the store manager by tomorrow. The pharmacy service is pathetic and they have no concept of how to deal with the public. I still don't have my prescription and as far as I know they will not be making any attempt to fill it even after telling them I was totally out. After doing business there since this store opened I will be transferring all of my business elsewhere
