I am a physician who called in a prescription twice on 1/8/26 after being unable to reach anyone by phone, leaving voicemail messages both times. When the patient’s wife went to this CVS pharmacy (number 8757) on the corner of Bonita Beach Road , Bonita Springs Fl, she was told no prescription had been received and then called me from her phone, during which I heard the pharmacist state she would not speak with me on the patient’s phone. I had them put me on speaker so the pharmacist could hear me and asked if she would speak to me and she refused . I told her when I call the store line I can't get through to her would she call me and she said no. I then called the store line again and was again routed to voicemail. Due to the delay in patient care, I transferred the prescription to a nearby Walgreens pharmacy so the patient could receive treatment. The CVS pharmacist later acknowledged that she had received the called-in prescription but refused to provide her name. The store manager was contacted but did not assist in resolving the issue. I am requesting an investigation and appropriate corrective action regarding this incident. Desired Resolution: Acknowledgment of the issue and assurance that corrective steps will be taken to prevent recurrence. If I had an employee like this I would terminate employment . Another employee Lilly Delzy was also inappropriate and very rude and would not put my call through .
