The pharmacy on King and Sylvania Ave in Sylvania OH is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Have to use CVS due to ProMedica Paramount Insurance. Have been using this store since January 2019 and they have not gotten anything correct in 7 months. I feel like this pharmacy is on the shady side. They refill prescriptions even when you tell them you don't want them. Some of the employees are rude and really don't care about the patient. The website is a joke-not user friendly at all. Reading all these reviews makes me wonder if CVS upper management even cares.

Read the reviews. Looks like every once in a while CVS Pharmacy by chance hires a good employee. They obviously need better hiring practices. The Reg pharmasists have the training to be professional but even they are compromised by work loads, inexperienced help(?), and not having the space for all the new drugs. They also have sweetheart deals with inferior drug companies. Our substandard pharmacy experiences are with the Ledgewood, NJ. store. Wife has to go off auto refills because she was way far ahead of the number of meds. If the doc changes the med or dose then she paid for meds she does not need. They do not take overfills back. Now if you call for a refill the "system" tells you to use up what you have to force you to autofill! It is too easy to run out with CVS. What a mess. Forced to change.

CVS pharmacy at Target in Glendale, CO always has a long wait. They are incredibly understaffed, I feel bad for their employees & customers! I would never use CVS, however, my insurance mandates that I use this pharmacy😡

I was seriously the best employee of CVS. Never called in, never late, covered shifts for shiftless employees with BOGUS excuses. I cant even tell you how frustrating it was for me to deal with such imbiciles. Not caring about the cleanliness of the store and lot..garbages overflowing every shift not vacuuming the store at night..took pics..lol the back room..took pics before..and after I cleaned it up like 50 times..my photo log is so huge of all the laziness...lolol.we are a busy store and the laziness...just wow. I had to leave finally. Who can work in an environment where these punk kids come in..eat pizza behind the counter..money missing...never in my life would I ever have expected that. We're assigned isles for BOH..and these vp workers of mine do nothing. So I'm stuck facing, to make sure BOH is accurate, cycle counting in between to insure a accuracy, and running the register and trying to make sure customers are getting serviced...God...bless me for caring. Good luck with CVS because you are gonna be screwed. Your hiring ethic SUCKS THEN..I had a coworker that made comments about my weight..I'm 5 foot 7..weigh 170. I'm NOT fat and I made an ethics line call 3 months ago. When I kept looking..after 2 months..it showed closed and resolved. Ummm...nobody contacted me about it? And that slime is still there. My one year review was amazing! Meets and exceeds expectations..of course it would lol...I got a 46 cent raise...when others doing LESS than me make 2 dollars more!!!!! Unfair..and I so am going to miss my customers that I have cared for and made their CVS experience great. I got hired down the street from a State Farn Insurance agent who noticed my talents. I'd have to work 5 years more at CVS after that pathetic raise to even make what he started me at. I didnt even break 14 dollars an hour. SERIOUSLY. I applied for opps manager in pharmacy to increase my wage.. and was doing hours of training, I got the job for opps..increase in wage was no. No money too expand and benefit me. I tried to include my wage but Google denied it. So its thirteen dollars and 10 cents. For all I do? Payroll, reconciliation, store maintenance and much more????? Cvs pays nothing for hard work. Also finding out that others in lesser position (cashiers) make 2 dollars more than I...and less work!! I will be in an office now..not with people in person which is what I really loved, but 'bread and butter' and recognition goes a long way. Plus already, Four CVS customers that were upset I was leaving and asked me where I was going..and I told them..they were soooo excited because they used my agent and still get to see me! BONUS! I do a great job and CVS doesnt care. There's my review. My 17 year old son asked me if he should apply.and hes a great kid...I said "no way in he**"

The pharmacist at the 10th street store in Greenville NC is AWFUL! I needed some advice about a cyst on my face. He just looked from his pharmacist's counter and said " Nope can't help you" and went back to whatever he was doing. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO CVS!

I just left store 6463 after having to pickup medicine for my sick son. We first went to the second lane of drive thru and pressed the call button. The pharmacy technician open the window and yelled across to us telling us that the second drive doesn't work. I went inside trash on the floors in the isles, went back to the pharmacy and it had trash all over the counter crumpled up receipts and dirty tissues. So I went to the waiting area and was afraid to sit down dirty tissues on seats, and empty slurpee cups laying on ground which you could tell had been there for a while. Very very dirty store.

Our McDowell store shelves are bare bones or empty. Waited in line with 19 others for a half hour before a second clerk showed up the other day. It appears you are closing out this store.

We had a crisis where a family member cut himself. I was trying to call the Minute Clinic to find out if they could help. The only phone number is for the pharmacy. There is no live person. I could only get through to the pharmacy by saying I was a provider. When I asked for the Minute Clinic I was routed to some corporate headquarters in CT & then KY. I was on the phone on hold & listening to all your automated unhelpful messages for 10 minutes. When I finally got through to the pharmacy they said there were issues with their phone system & there was no phone line dedicated to the Minute Clinic. There should be a way to dial 0 & get to a live person at any time during the call. My experience was totally unacceptable & I will let everyone I know to avoid CVS. Thank God for Walgreens.
