CVS at Country Walk. Miami. The worst pharmacy ever. I tried to get some information about a medication a few months ago. After calling on the phone the whole morning and not getting any response, I finally got someone to answer the phone in the afternoon. The answer for not answering phone calls: They are short of employees and have no time to answer the phone. Today I had to go to pick up a medication for my husband. The pick up line was empty when I got there so I thought it would be quick. After waiting for about 10 minutes or so, one of the employees came out to take care of me. ( She must have been in a break, but did not mention anything about my waiting time). When she brought the medication, asked me for the insurance information. I told her that my husband's insurance had not changed and he had been getting medications there for months already. She assured me that they did not have the insurance information in the system and I needed to get it. I called my husband and asked him to text me a picture of the insurance card. In less that 1 minute, I got the picture but the employee told me that she could not update the info in the system and I had to make a line at the consultation window. Without any other explanation, called the next customer in line. Very rude! There was only 1 customer at the consultation window when I arrived at the pharmacy and at this point, about 15 minutes later, the same customer was still there and on top of that, there were 3 more customers behind waiting. I called my husband to find out how urgent he needed the medication. He said that he could wait until next week, so luckily I could leave the pharmacy. Unless you want to experience lousy customer service and long waste of time, don't bother to go to that pharmacy.

CVS in Jacksonville,Fl located on University is a disaster! The pharmacists are unprofessional, and never get the orders correct. Prescriptions are promised and always late.

The CVS Pharmacy in Jackson Ga is ridiculous. I had a medicine called in Friday went to pick it up on Saturday they say nothing was called in. I called the dr. And they state it was e-scripted there and for them to check their e-scripts. Call them and could never get anyone on phone before 6pm when they closed. Tried to call again today Sunday) and was literally on hold for a hour. That is insane and if you go to drive through it is always backed up. I have had multiple incidents there. Medicine never filled, told a time to pick up and get there and it's not even been looked at, prescription I personally dropped off was lost! Those are just to name a few. The employees are clueless and I believe will tell you anything to get you out of their face. Something needs to be done about this. They can not keep up with the merging of pharmacies in Butts county. The other pharmacies is much better but they are getting busier and busier due to everyone swapping pharmacies

My experience with the CVS Pharmacy located at Whiting Farms Road has been very insulting on two separate occasions. Some of the pharmacy assistant ares rude, demeaning and arrogant. On 8/6 I ordered a refill and did not hear back for several days. I called to follow up and was rudely told that the prescription was not yet "ripe" for refill and when I explained it was she asked if I was "overtaking" my medication (chlorthalidone). After asking my date of date of birth 3x and putting me on hold she told me the refill was "ah...up in space...you know". When i explained that i didn't know what that meant she said it had been stuck in the printer. But also said the computer indicated it was refilled and picked up on 8/7. None of it made any sense to me. She ended up telling me it would be ready for pick up the follow day. No acknowledgment that it was their responsibility (and not me "abusing my meds") and then she hung up. On an earlier occasion I pulled into the drive through to pick up an antibiotic which had been phoned in by my doctor an hour earlier. When the woman told me it wasn't ready I indicted I'd wait in my car. Changing my mind, I went to the pharmacy desk in the store to let them know that I was inside now only to hear the woman from the window express to the counter person, in a loud and exasperated tone "I already told her it wasn't ready", as if I wasn't standing there. I would have corrected my children if they did that to anyone let alone an ill customer. CVS needs to improve its employee training or replace some of its employees. After this second event I am searching out an alternative to this store.

The pharmacist doesn't listen to the customer. Told him I was doing self pay because I couldn't wait to wait for insurance on a PA this month but he went ahead and did it anyway and screwed it all up and not it is a mess. I am having all my prescriptions moved to either Walmart or a local pharmacy.

I was suppose to come pick up my prescription in 30 minutes. I get here, and the pharmacist is taking YEARS to assist me . So one of the assistants ask me to pull up and the cars behind got their medicine before I could! Unbelievable.

At the Target on Columbia Center Blvd...customers stand in line like cattle in the aisle of sanitary napkins/tampons/diapers/condoms and lubricants. No place to sit. Forget any privacy. I was 3rd in line from the front and I overheard the pharmacist discuss a patient's Wellbutrin prescription and his wife's additional medication. Clearly. Time after time, people are told to come back tomorrow, even after getting a CVS text, to get their meds. My husband had to make 5 trips for one medication in 2 weeks. They would say it was in, but wasn't. What a disaster .
