I have been to this place several times and they have the worst customer service. It gets worst any time I go there and unfortunate because of my prescription insurance I have to use CVS. It all starts with their bad managements and cultures.

This Pharmacy is ridiculously bad. They will tell you give me two hours to fill your prescription and you can come back 6 hours later and it's still not done. The staff is rude. I would not recommend anyone go to CVS for anything. I have had them fill the wrong prescriptions for me I have had one clerk tell me I had no more refills and yet another clerk managed to refill it because I really did have refills. They don't do very well when your doctor calls in a prescription either they seem to lose them quite often.

The Cvs on university Dr. In Amherst ,Ma is terrible. The only thing they going for them is David, the pharmacy manager. He's wonderful,other than that ,they stink! Understaffed inauguration 5 college town. It's ridiculous and everyone I sdcc getting tired if dealing with them. I tried calling there 5 times tonight only to be on hold for 15 mins each time until I gave up. My pills are supposed to be on auto refill, but that service I'd a nightmare too. It calls and calls for nothing, then doesn't call when you need your pills. Shape the hell up people! We've been customers for 25+ years and I've had it with this co.!! I'm ticked!!!

CVS is a successful corporate monster and I am well aware that my complaint will do nothing to change that. However, it’s important to voice concerns in hopes that someone in the future actually cares about the service they provide. Their customer service in Miami (specifically the Kendall area) is dreadful. It’s loaded with attitude, rudeness and disregard for people who are clearly ill and need prescriptions at the pharmacy. It’s never a smooth or delightful experience. They just simply do not train their employees for customer service. Next, the website is a disaster. They just cannot get that interface to work in the ways in which they promise. It is always either down or riddled with “errors”.... you would think that with that kind of a colossal budget both these areas would be covered. It’s a shame we are locked into them because of insurance because it is absolutely dreadful to endure, especially when you’re ill.

The staff at this pharmacy are rude, inconsiderate and could care less about proper customer service. I told them I was no longer going to due business with them and she could have cared less. I have multiple health issues and get 9 scripts filled here costing nearly 3 thousand dollars to my insurance each month. If she doesn’t want my money I’ll go to another pharmacy who will be happy to have my money. I don’t want my funds to pay her salary anyway.

CVS IN CROTON ON HUDSON, NY IS HORRIBLE. THEY ARE ALWAYS BACK ORDERED ON MY HUSBAND'S PRESCRIPTION ANF NEVER LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE SO HE IS ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF HIS BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION AND SPENDS DAYS WITHOUT IT. TODAY I PRINTED OUT A 5 DOLLAR OFF COUPON AT THEIR MACHINE AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT APPLY IT TO MY PURCHASE. THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO CALL CORPORATE. IT'S THEIR MACHINE AND THEIR COUPON. WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE ANYMORE.

If there was an option for no stars I would pick that. Their pharmacy is the worst, most incompetent, rude and under trained I have ever encountered. They have been “ordering” my medication for months.

My name is Jesus Albernas. I purchased a gift card for online gaming purchases at store 5243. The card was purchased at 4.15 PM on September 14 2019. We went back home and found that the card had not support or use for gift card online purchases.My son had purchase this card in the past as a payment option. We went back today September 14 at 4.30 PM and spoke with the manager (Carlos Alacan). The manager told me that could not exchanged or refund the card. We went over to the area where the cards are kept and there was not disclaimer. He told that the disclaimer was by the counter. The disclaimer is written in a tiny font text that is difficult to see even wearing glasses. He reiterated that there was nothing that he could. If you are buying something at CVS be warned and shopped with caution. They definitively do not have your back.
