Ok Dropped my prescription Off at 2PM Today Wed 10/16 simply because drop off said it will take 20 mis or you can come back. Oh ok let me come back because its time to get in line for school pu. Went home cooked ate AND did the Dishes. Come back at 6:15. Guess tfw? Script never was read. Oh he said we just now working on it? JUST NOW? B.S. that's ridiculous! Period... If they STOP Talking about non related Work 💩. Stuff may be done. . complete failure!!!dismiss the freaking purpose of drop OFF! AND ONLY 2 GOT FILLED AS I WAIT. I DROPPED OFF 3. AGAIN Ridiculous. Now i wait some MORE. FREAKING PATHETIC!!!.IMCOMPENT STAFF YEA BLAME IT ON #Computer. But I can get 9 freaking pu reminder but NOT 1 UMMM we have a problem ALERT! #deaddone..

CVS At Corona,CA, Ontario Ave. If I could give them zero, I would. The answering machine connects you to pharmacy, but the pharmacy never answers. The answering machine says they answer momentarily, but good luck. I called twice and held more than 40 minutes and there was no answer. I was calling to confirm the receipt of a prescription that my surgeon had ordered. This was after a surgery.

The pharmacy told my daughter her prescription was backordered for almost a week. Then called and told her it was in. When she went to pick up prescription they told her it was expired. Had that looked before and told her she could have called the doctor. She has epilepsy and had to go without medication because they didn’t tell her it was expired until after they ran her out of medication then told her to come pick it up. By the time she got there doctors office has closed. They had no concern at all. We will not ever use any cvs pharmacy again.

CVS products are overpriced and I can't believe it's a drugstore that does not have a blood pressure machine

I have had a lot of problems over the past year or so with shortages on my medications on Union St in Ashland Ma, as well as not receiving my extra bucks for prescriptions that I have filled. I have filled over 30 and not received any extra bucks. Now they have made it that I have to sit and count my medication before I leave the pharmacy area. Does anyone now how embarrassing that is?? Well I tell you it’s extremely embarrassing for me. Then I have to go through the process of the pharmacy blaming me for the shortage and that’s even worse because the pharmacy makes you feel like it’s “your “ fault. The minute clinic wanted to charge 59 dollars to take my blood pressure..all i wanted was to see if the machine was right at 207 over 110..the fact that it couldnt be done has made my decision to never set foot in any cvs again..its not like iask.for anything.else..in the time it took to find somewhere anything could of happened but money was more important to you ..never again!!

Have you ever tried to fill out the survey at the end of the CVS store receipt? Don't waste your time. The link is not valid. It takes you to another site. If you try to fill out the survey on the CVS website, there is no "enter" button at the end of the survey so it's a waste of time. I guess CVS doesn't want any feedback. Too bad. I wanted to tell them how horrible the CVS in Berkeley Heights, NJ is. That's okay. I'll shop at Walgreen's next time.

After cancelling my cvs account for reasons i stated in a previous review of cvs on farwell in milwaukee, i have been receiving robo texts of phantom scripts that need filling but need doctors approval. Of course there are no scripts since i dont have an account there anymore. Just another example of their unprofessionalism! Apparantley i got someones attention!
