I am writing this review because we got excellent customer service from Valerie in the pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help us out and I wanted her to get the recognition. Even though CVS is a big corporation she made us feel like we were dealing with a neighborhood pharmacy. We will be loyal to CVS because of this experience and want to thank Valerie for her efforts.

I cannot express enough the extraordinary service my husband and i receive from our CVS team. Not only filling scripts, it is the extra the staff does to make sure our needs are met with no extra stress. They are professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of pharmacy procedures, etc!!! We are Medicare members and can get easily confused on how to handle some refills. The team reaches out to our doctors if there are any problems with refills. Thank you so much Donna, Kim, Tracey, Chris, B, Priscilla and anyone i may have missed at the Clifton, NJ location on Allwood Road. The CVS store 4813 was excellent yesterday. The technician (Lauren) went above and beyond to help assist me. I had two sick babies and was exhausted. Shout out to the young girl that made my horrible day a little more bearable.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND IT'S NOT PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTERS FAULT..............IT'S THE UNDER APPRECIATED corporate who don't have to answer to the public to tell you customers that even though the lines are out the door, and around the corners, corporate has cut ALL PHARMACY TECH HOURS, AND PHARMACISTS TOO. I've been going to the SAME CVS in Cocoa Beach for over 20 years, and the past 2 years have been busier than the 18 years combined . Try to understand that these people behind the pharmacy counter go from working 10-15 hour days, to having there hours cut.....UM, NOW HOW WOULD YOU FELL, IT'S NOT LIKE THEY CAN TELL YOU THIS.... SO I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE ANY LUCK TALKING WITH THE CORP. PEOPLE WHO CUT YOUR PHARMACISTS HOURS, SO THEY CAN TAKE THEIR 2ND VACAY, While us nobodies down here on earth don't want to wait 2-4 days to get our prescriptions, or because they don't have the medicine, because pharmacies in this county are going on strike, so where are the people gonna go when their pharmacies on strike.......closest big chain to them, which is on the corner of A1A and 520 across from RON JONS.....OHHHHHH, AND DID I MENTION IT'S BEEN UNDER CONSTRUCTION FOR MONTHS NOW,, AND NOOOOOO! it's not slower.........there's more people than ever. We can't even get a parking spot most times, I have to drop my prescription off weather its time or not, and them fill it when it's ready, because the construction is awful. IF ANYONE CAN THINK OF ANYTHING OTHER THAN THEMSELVES, TAKE A MINUTE, AND ASK HOW THE WORKERS ARE DOING, IF THEY CAN EVEN BREATHE BECAUSE THEIR TIRED OF WORKING TO DEATH, THEN CUT...WTH . THEY ARE HONESTLY THE NICEST PEOPLE, WHO WILL TAKE THE TIME TO FIND YOU THE BEST PRICES, OVER AND OVER AGAIN, FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO PAY TOP DOLLAR, BUT COMPLAIN BECAUSE THEY WERE STANDING THERE TO LONG, BUT IF IT WERE ME, AND A CUSTOMER WAS YELLING AT ME FOR SOMETHING THAT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF THEIR CONTROL ......HOW NICE SHOULD OR WOULD I BE...... IF YOU DONT LIKE IT , TELL CORPORATE TO COME LISTEN TO EVERYONES COMPLAINTS. TO THE CVS ON THE CORNER OF A1A AND 520, I /WE APPRECIATE YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH. I have been watching y'all for a long time now being treated like .....well you know. FYI I HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR CVS, OR KNOW ANYONE OF THE EMPLOYEES OUTSIDE OF CVS, just a compassionate person who has worked with the public for a very long time... THANKS GUYS..... Your review Thomas Pattison 2 minutes ago I have been a customer of CVS in Willoughby Ohio for many years. On the positive side, the pharmacist have always been great to me and same with their staff. In the front of the store the staff and management have always been great too... Yes, from time to time I have had little problems that came up but what separates them from all the rest is that when I had a little problem the CEO of CVS to his management staff have always been nothing short of fantastic and always gone way out of their way to correct the issue. This shows a company that cares and backs it up by having a great CEO and management staff that also care.
