Incompetent service. Dr sent prescription twice because they said they never received the initial script. Then they stated that they had to order the medication and it would be in in 2 days. Crazy, the initial script was sent electronically 4 days ago by now I was out of medication. My doctor had to then send another prescription to yet another CVS it took 24 hours to get it filled

Beware the extra bucks and the discount promises sent by mail. The clerk kept swiping my discount bar code and telling me it didn’t work- but failed to tell me that the amount will not include the tax. I could have bought some thing for $1 and it could Have ended. So I came back the next day and clerk said we had to rering.Should not have been a big deal but they did not have a barcode to use because I bought the last item. So they said that they would give me extra bucks to purchase another item. Everything is so overpriced that it was hardly a wash deal. Don’t ever return anything you buy with extra bucks because they will find a way to make them disappear And not be redeemed again. They made sure when they “accommodated me that that it was going to cost me “extra bucks”. PS: that also show their annoyance with you when you ask questions about you bill.

At the CVS minute clinic in Barrington, IL they have a sign showing a space reserved for wheelchair waiting—except that space is occupied by a large display of salted nut rolls. So apparently for CVS marketing junk food takes precedence over accessibility for their disabled clients.

Not happy with CVC. Bought about 80.00 of things. Wanted to return 2 nail polishes but had lost receipt. Had bank transaction and credit card for them to look up. Apparently NO RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT. CVS is in the Stone Age. Walgreens, Walmart, Albertsons all take returns without a receipt. Moreover you should have signs at register indicating that. Very disappointed in CVC and their customer service. Will never buy anything there again. You will loose customers with this policy. Upgrade your system. You get phone numbers from customers you therefore should track those sales

Campostella Road Chesapeake VA. Worst ever. Tried to call for 30 Minutes before driving to pick up Rx.Kept on hold. When I came over the girl says no Rx here. I said please look again. She digs around and finds them, says it will be ANOTHER hour and a half. Rx were sent 2 hours ago.

CVS IS NOT RELIABLE....THEY call and say RX ready ...you go and they don’t have it ...they have to order.....you go to pick up and it’s not ready.....after this I cancel RX....no way to run a business....they are not the only pharmacy in town....location of this CVS is on Capital Circle NE Tallahassee Fl..

The CVS at Spalding dr , Norcross has become terrible at customer service. 1) the associate in the pharmacy was RUDE and disrespectful, Anaya I think is her name. I turned in a prescription . I told her I was coming back in 2 hours.... when I came back, she was running her mouth and prescription wasn’t ready. 😠😤😡😡. My granddaughter was in great pain and this person was “ arguing “ with me instead to work on my prescription. 2) I keep getting a coupon for a hair color from Garnier which isn’t in stock and when I asked the cashier about ... they don’t “ know “ about this item neither try to look for it . Why extending a offer on items that aren’t in stock ????
