Where are the drugs? Many prescriptions are not filled because they don't have it. How can a drug store not have drugs? This time it was Xanax! How can you not have Xanax? Do they even know what it's for? I need one every time I go there. Also, so many empty shelves. Where are the drugs???!!! Don't even get me started on coupons and Rewards I want my Rite Aid back.

We had a very unpleasant experience at the Seven Hills CVS store in Dallas, GA on the evening of October 26, 2019. I took my 84 year old father into the store to pickup his prescription that we called in. We went to the pharmacy counter and the young lady looked up the prescription and stated the it would be just a minute as the prescription needed to be counted. A moment later a gentleman came over picked up the perception took it in the another area returned shortly and we paid for the medicine left the CVS and came home. At home my farther counted the pills and found that there were only 14 pills in the bottle and not 30 as the labal on the bottle stated. We called the pharmacy to let them know we only received 14 pills and not 30. My wife and I went back to the CVS pharmacy. At the counter my wife encountered the same gentle who counted the pills in the prescription originally. He stated to my wife that there must not have been anyone available to count the number of pills in the perception when my farther and I picked it up originally. This gentleman (Dominic) is the person who counted the pills when we picked them up the first time. We don't know if there is something inappropriate going on at the Seven Hills CVS Store or not but that was very suspicious.

Can't even get through to make a complaint at corporate for the hassle and incompetence I experienced at their Mentone CA store. They don't carry the tips I needed for the Lantus pen I bought and told me I would have to wait because their "intelligent software" was so dumb it wouldn't allow them to order them "without a prescription" Seriously? They carry the pens in stock but not the tips to use the pens? So they promised to call me when they came in but since they didn't bother I had to call them instead. So I rush down after a 20 minute phone call because I used the last tip that morning and after accepting payment the moron behind the counter hands me a box of syringes... I haven't yet decided which was more useless because they scrounged around in back and came up with slightly smaller tips for the pen which they carried in stock... Because giving me those the day before was too difficult I guess. Then to top it off after paying full price the moronic counter person asks if "I would like a $5 discount for the inconvenience" How do these people stay in business?

CVS Pharmacy on Francis Lewis Blvd has the worst customer service unprofessional rude nasty and down right awful females working behind the counter. Dismissive will not help you even when you have a valid prescription. I highly recommend using another pharmacy. Awful experience. Especially the old nasty red head pharmacist. She should be serving drinks in the local pub not medication.

they don't answer the phone in the pharmacy. Was told short on help and volume was turned down. Will never use any CVS and will not shop there either.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER TO WORK!!! I wish Could give this place ZERO stars Bc it was that bad!!! I was hired in august of 2018 and worked there for a year and i was treated with the upmost disrespect I’ve ever experienced in a job or anywhere for that matter. The first store manager who worked there barely even cared about his store. There was miscommunication between the management and the cashiers and too much drama to deal with. Every time I came into work, the shift before me always did the bare minimum. Floor never vacuumed, trash bags never changed, bathrooms never cleaned, stuff everywhere and there’s been a numerous amount of times where I came in the next morning and I had to do EVERYTHING Bc the night shift never cleaned. On top of that, the manager gave me a bad review so After a year of working there, I didn’t get my raise I was supposed to get, even tho someone who was working there for less than six months got a higher raise than mostly everyone there, even though all the customers gave me compliments on my attitude, my work ethic and overall satisfaction while everyone else there constantly kept getting complaints! The pharmacy was continuously understaffed, draining all the techs that worked back there every day. So many people quit Bc of this! The manager got fired and just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, they hired an even worse store manager. The new manager, Glenn, NEVER worked nights, weekends, and never even arranged meetings like he was supposed to. He lied to everybody’s face about their reviews and said we we got bad reviews but we mostly got good reviews and he just changed it and lied to us. He never came in and helped us put up truck and merchandise, he never changed the trash bags in the office; the trash would get so high there would be trash sitting in the corner and nobody would ever clean it except for one supervisor, Baraka. He’s the only person I can say who literal did EVERYTHING in that store and he wasn’t even the manager. You don’t know how many times I came in and people would “Save” work for me Bc they were too lazy to do it or they didn’t have enough common curtesy to even try to finish a task they started then they would just pin it on me. He promoted a cashier who’s been there way less than I have and had way less experience than I did. First off they didn’t even have a car, which means there’s not a lot of reliability, they barely did any work at night when it came to something as simple as cleaning, never put back the go backs, never changed the trash bags, vacuumed, never wiped down the counters like I did every night I worked, and on top of that, when I asked the manager why he promoted her instead of me, all he kept saying was “that’s just the decision I made” Bc he knows it was unfair he couldn’t even give me a solid reason as to why she got a raise and a promotion in less than six months even though I worked there nights, weekends, mornings, I have been working EVERY weekend since March and the one time I requested off, he gave me six hours the next week and I begged for my hours back Bc there was no way I could pay my rent with six hours or work in a week. I only called off Bc my grandmother passed away and I wanted to go to her funeral then the weekend after that my niece had a birthday party and then he retaliated and gave me six hours Bc he had to come in that weekend instead of me and he hates working weekends. One of the supervisors there told me “whether I liked it or not” I’m not coming in on MY shift even though she’s not the store manager she sure tried to act like one telling everybody what to do and pushing people around since she’s a bully to everyone especially me. So i called HR about the whole thing they told me “technically” since I wasn’t full time he doesn’t have to give me 40 hours but I’ve been working over 40 hours for more than six months, and they never considered making me full time even though I went out my way for customers, I did everything I was supposed to every day I came in, I smiled at everybody and kissed butt just to prove a point to everybody and I cleaned every night. Every one else there is lazy! I remember one night my supervisor was about to lock me in the store Bc she wanted to go home and I was in the middle of vacuuming and she told me they will do that in the morning. Well guess what? I got the boot Bc of it. I was complained to for not cleaning but had to explain that it wasn’t my fault. HR doesn’t care about employees either. I even called the district manager and left him a voicemail, never got a call back from him. I had to go 20 miles to another cvs to get hours Bc the one down the street couldn’t give me hours. On top of that the manager scheduled the new cashier with one of our supervisors who are an introvert so she never taught him anything and he was just always stuck at the register, he didn’t even know how to page anybody when he needed help. I could go on. The manager had the nerve to talk to me about my attendance even though he was late everyday. There would be times he was supposed to come in at like 1 and he would be there till almost 4 o clock! My nine month pregnant supervisor had to break down NINE pallets of truck all by herself Bc he scheduled her without extra help and he was so lazy he NEVER helped with truck! The drama was horrible. Another thing, there were So many “grown” women acting like a bunch of kids. One of the supervisors there, Victoria always had an attitude when I worked with her, she never cleaned anything she was just be sitting on her butt and I remember one time she was even in the back with her boyfriend just kidding and it took her longer to count drawers since she was distracted. We were there till almost 11 even thought the store closed at 10.The manger Glenn is too afraid to say anything to her Bc he is scared of her! She was almost 30 minutes late one day and he didn’t even do as much as look at her let alone say anything about her attendance or even how she had her boyfriend in the office with her which is something that she could get fired for, but he doesn’t have an issue with saying anything to me if I’m as little as five minutes late. I even told the manager about everything and he said he would talk to her about it but never talked to her about it. The other supervisor, Dara is the most arrogant, rude, disrespectful person I have ever met in my life! She even talked to the customers so horrible that people have come up to me and asked me what was wrong with her! This old sweet lady was asking her a question about coupons and she just gave her attitude and the old lady was like I’m sorry I didn’t know you were in a bad mood. Everyday I had to have my guard up every time I walked into that store, EVERY day it was drama and more drama. I’m glad I don’t work there no more! The only person I can say actually cared about the job is Baraka. He’s the only supervisor who did what he was supposed to and even went out his way for everybody. He even cleaned the fridge when the “store manager” was supposed to clean it. The fridge got so bad, there was mold on all the racks and all the soda and drinks would be expired and nobody ever cleaned it out. They were always watching you when it came to couponers and always writing me up for transaction voids. I can’t control if somebody changes their mind about something! I had a pharmacy tech come up to me and tell me everyday what they were saying about me behind my back saying how they wanted me fired and how I don’t do anything, even though you can look at the cameras and see that I was doing what I was supposed to every time I came in! It seemed as though everyone had a vendetta against me and they were always talking to customers telling them how “bad” of a person I am but honestly I was one the only people there trying to be assertive of the real problems. Horrible manager, lazy supervisors, unfairness, favoritisms, disrespect, I mean what more can I say?! I wouldn’t even work here again if it was the last or the only job I could get, I wouldn’t even wish upon my enemies working here. It’s that bad! DO NOT CONSIDER WORKING HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO CHOICE OR WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DIRT!!!

CVS is buying the cheapest drugs from Indian drug company Aurobindo. Aurobindo has had constant quality control problems which means crappy drugs that DO NOT WORK!!! CVS has always been a snake of a pharmacy by charging insurance companies more than the cash price. Also, they will charge customers their co-pay, even if the drug costs less than the co-pay. The generics that CVS is buying and selling are of questionable quality. I am transferring to another pharmacy.

Cvs 320 40th Street N.E washington Dc I gave only 1 star because i had to give one i did't want to give them that ! Every time i call the store im placed on hold for 45 minutes to an hour and when they finally answer their rude . The store is always cluttered and dirty and their customer service is crap ! This is the absolute worse cvs that i have ever been in im definately going to change my pharmacy. The managers of that store are not doing their job. Fire everybody and restaff.
