I went to CVS in Fort Walton Beach, FL for reprints from my phone. 5X7 prints were 1.79. I was going to see if I could find cheaper price elsewhere. This was Saturday Nov 30, 2019. Monday Dec 2, 2019 I received a coupon in the mail for 30% off my entire order, including photo center. SO I thought that would make them 1.25. SO Wednesday, Dec 4, 2019 I went to get my prints. WELL THEY RAISED THE PRICE TO 2.49 FOR THE PRINTS. Ripoff coupons for them to make money instead of the customer saving. They should be ashamed. NEVER WILL I ENTER A CVS AGAIN.

If I could give none start I would!!! This is the 3rd time I come to this location and they're always 4-6 hrs behind... If we,the patients come to this pharmacy is because we "trust" the good costumer service, not at all anymore, starting with the pharmacy staff being way rude, what part of "patient" they don't understand? We do not feel well and the pharmacist tell me she's "sick" she's not even supposed to be "here" really??? Never coming again.

Store #6087 My doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy. I never received a call to inform me it was ready to pick up. I called before & spoke to a lady/ she rudely told me that they didn’t have any history of my records. I then called my doctor to confirm and he sent me a confirmation that it was sent to this pharmacy . I drove up to CVS to pick up my prescription/ when I got there the woman said she spoke to me already and they don’t have it and waved me off. I asked her if she could take a look at the confirmation and let me know what is going on. She said no and was very rude even called me a dog. I was so upset to avoid conflict I called my doctor again and asked could he resend it. He said he would call to make sure it is being done. He called, I told the lady my doctor is calling to provide the information for my prescription request she ignored the phone ringing and said the phones are down. I left and decided to go to Walgreens pharmacy. Worst customer service experience ever.

Medicare advantage plan uses them for over the counter purchase allowance. Customer severice is non existent. They say u can order monthly products on line. Well, that's a joke. Been trying to log on for over 13 hours. Website freezes once you in. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE open for more than 24 hours. If they aren't capable of supplying a website designed to work in peak traffic time wouldn't trust them to fill a bottle of cough medicine. Pick a differ health plan that uses diff pharmacy. I'm stuck for now

Dont bother with the Minute Clinic Online. I did the minute clinic online visit because I didnt feel well and didnt want to get out. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection but I was given basically otc meds no steriod or antibiotic. Sinus infections really need antibiotics

Whoever is allowing the CVS pharmacy heating pads to remain on the shelves is a tool. In the last six months I bought two large vinyl pads that lasted two months and three weeks. Thereafter it started blinking and not heating up. Resetting and trying to take it apart is ineffective and impossible. In three years I have gone through multiple (various varieties) CVS brand heating pads. Is it a coincidence this is one of the most expensive products in the store? There are many individuals suffering from chronic or acute pain. A heating pad is a top go-to for that. Let that marinate. As a former employee I am embarrassed.
