Cvs here in fl is the worst I go there every month for the same RX and they never have it in stock alway waiting on them I think they suck no one there knows how to do supply and demand for there customers I give them a rating of 0 you suck .

I have had bad experiences at three different CVS pharmacies in the past two months. I will never spend another penny at CVS! After a back injury I went to fill my prescriptions at 4358 Burns Rd. Lilburn, Ga. I was shorted 16 pills on one prescription and had to drive back there to retrieve them. The CVS pharmacy at 4377 Atlanta Hwy promised my prescriptions at a certain time, then told me to come back in an hour when I arrived to pick them up. When I returned in an hour, they told me it was too soon to fill them and to come back in 3 days! The CVS pharmacy at 5575 Lawrenceville Hwy NW told me they could only fill half of my prescription for muscle relaxers. 15 pills instead of the 30 written. The pharmacist said I could come back in 30 days to get the other 15 pills. “That means 2 Co-pays” I said. “Well yes but That’s the way it is with your insurance” he said. I took my prescription to Walgreens who happily filled my entire prescription for $13.11 instead of the $30.00 CVS was trying to steal from me. Shame on you CVS for preying on sick people, giving them a hard time and stealing money from them!

They don't care about your safety or wellbeing! Jessica the District Manager has a very very nasty attitude and she doesn't know how to talk to employees. She's absolutely terrible and will not try to work anything out for you If you have a problem or concern.

We are Continuously advised her phone is that prescriptions are done and ready for pick up. When I get to CVS rarely are they done. They’re not even started yet. I asked the young girl at the cash register and she says that even though we get a message that the prescriptions are done and ready for pick up most of the time they haven’t even started on them. I forgot to say that I am generally speaking about the CVS PHARMACY in North Canton Ohio

We buy a 90 day supply of my husbands' Rx on line from CVS through our insurance, every time the charge my credit card twice for the same prescription. Once when the order is received and again when the ship it. They only finalize one of the charges but for 10 days or more we have a pending charge and less credit available. This can be significant when our cost is around $700. I've called them and pretty much been told that is the way it is. It happens with every order.

Please, please, please count your pills either in the store or when you get home. Yesterday we were shorted 15 pills of a controlled substance and 30 pills (out of 60!!) of another. Totally unacceptable.

I will be so happy when this year is over! I have changed my Perscription coverage so I no longer half to DEAL with CVS Pharmacy! Bad service they never have enough help. They must call every few weeks to check about the medication that I have been taking for 20 yrs or better. They always call on the weekend if you do not answer their first call they will call every 2 hrs until you answer. The last call they made to me was to remind me I only had 4 DAYS left to pick up my scripts. They had also texted a reminder to my phone everyday! GOOD RIDDANCE CVS PHARMACY.

Beware trying to use a CVS gift card at a CVS pharmacy if it is inside a Target. They won't take it. Then when you try to report it to the CVS "customer service" line, prepare to have 45 minutes wasted and the issue not resolved.
