I want to thank CVS team at Byron center and Wyoming, Mi. Yesterday, the pharmacist May was so helpful and educated me about one of side effect of my medication! She saw me wondering for something to pick up for muscle pain! She offered check my medication and called my pcp doctor. I have been at a lot of pharmacies and never saw pharmacist care about their patients like that. Thank you CVS..

My review is on Ronnie at the CVS Madison store on Highway 51. She is excellent at the counter. She is very helpful and knowledgeable and takes time with you if you have any questions. She make sure you get the products that you need. She is also very very courteous and I highly recommend that she gets a great review thank you

I ordered my kids some gummy vitamins from CVS.com and when they arrived they were all stuck together there was no saving them. I called the 1 800 number and spoke to Jackie who was very nice, I explained my problem and even told her I’m sure if u would take them back . She said “just throw those away and i will mail you some more” . CVS has been amazing with my family!!!! I’m not sure if everyone else will have the same experience. As for my family , we love CVS! :) -deb

I had an excellent experience at CVS today and wanted to share. I was notified that my prescription was available for pick up...the cost was $229.85. But, Sandra, the pharmacy tech took the time to find a coupon for $100.00 off!!! She didn't have to do that. Total cost $128.84. What a great employee and CVS representative.

CVS.com is my new best friend. Their delivery service is awesome! I have purchased all of the things we buy every month and they come right to my door. Rx's are here within 1 or 2 days. I may never go inside the store again. This service is the best!!!

CVS is working so hard, one of my orders came from 4 different places but the orders were accurate, timely and in excellent condition. Thank you to the CVS employees working through the frightening virus period and thank you to the CVS CEO who has his company in very good working order. I love CVS and its people.
