I am reaching out to CVS Corporate for a Employee, and or Manager that I have the pleasure of being apart of her daily work activities. Ms. Andria, 5832 Harrison Road, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22407. She's a warrior, dedicated to customers. She have always treated me with a Smile, always asking if I got everything showing patience. While at the same time I seen her cleaning the floors, and stacking shelves. She, for me isn't given what she deserves, and again should be Recognized for being a Loyal CVS Representative. Thank You Ms. Andria I look forward to speaking to you soon>

I would like to recognize the outstanding care and professionalism shown by Mrs. Armelle, the Pharmacy Manager at the CVS Pharmacy located at 13320 Laurel Bowie Road. On May 8, 2026, I received a call from Mrs. Armelle checking on my well-being after a recent change in my medication. She explained that she knew I had been taking the medication for about a week and wanted to see how I was doing. During our conversation, I informed her that I was experiencing serious side effects, including dizziness and feeling light-headed. Mrs. Armelle immediately advised me to contact my doctor for further instructions. I am extremely grateful that she took the time to reach out. Her concern and attention to my health may have prevented a much more serious situation. In today's world, this level of kindness, compassion, and dedication to patient care is rare. It meant a great deal to me and reminded me that there are still healthcare professionals who truly care about their patients. We need more pharmacists like Mrs. Armelle. Thank you, Mrs. Armelle, for going above and beyond. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for your patients make a real difference.

The employees are very friendly and helpful and have great attitudes to all of the customers that go there to get their groceries and other stuff for their house to feed their families and kids

A great experience today at CVS. Staff member was named Trinity and she was so helpful! I had all these coupons and she was so patient, kind and efficient when helping me at self-check out. There were a couple of coupons that wouldn't scan and she said she would manually put them in for me. It took some time and she was so patient! Thank you Trinity! This was the CVS Tallahassee Capital Circle NorthEast

Got my medicine fast they are nice and respectful it was a quick in and out of the store

I trust CVS products and savings. CVS brands are trusted in my household. Staff and wait times are a result of demand and understaff due to high standards requirements for employment with CVS pharmacies.
