CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

I am grateful they took the time, which I know was quite a bit for my insurance. Thank you

Shana in the Covid phone line was so helpful and professional. Where other people we dismissive to my needs, she took a minute to send me to the correct person, Ashley, who in turn also was very helpful. They are the saving grace to the other two people I encountered.

polite pharmacists

I had a Great Experience at CVS in Milton Massachusetts! Mr Eddie Hoffman Was very helpful and understand thing to me and also he answered the questions very thoroughly that I asked them! Every time I go into that store he always has a smile on his face CVS needs to keep employees like this!

All of the CVS locations in my city are all pretty great. I really enjoy shopping online too. As with any company there are minor twerks that always need to be changed to better serve the public and sometimes they all don't work. That is the only reason why I didn't rate with 5 stars.

The only thing I wish is that they would consolidate prescriptions so that I don't have to make multiple visits. Maybe they would if I asked them.

I have two CVS stores in the immediate vicinity of my home. They are very convenient places to get both last minute and regular items. I particularly like their selection of cosmetics. The CVS bonuses that I get with the store rewards plan are generous (especially in terms of beauty products). Usually the customer service is very good, although at times the pharmacy wait time can be a bit long. Overall, I very much enjoy the presence of this pharmacy in my community.
