What happened to free delivery service?? Now they charge you for all deliveries.. time to find a pharmacy that still values there customers enough to provide free delivery service. As big a company as CVS is shame on you for making it more difficult for us to get our medication.

I've never had a bad experience at the store. However, on my phone is different. I very much hate the fact that I really did the survey to receive something; Ipad pro; I guess its through toolprotimenow.com, to get there & select the free thing given to only be still told I have to put my credit info in there to receive it. I just tired of all spam & unnecessary stuff. I just had to tell someone.

In general I really like CVS! I just don't understand why in the world they would close the pharmacy at 6pm on Saturday and Sunday? That really hurts the people who don't normally have the time to pick up or get their prescriptions filled because of having to work during the week! I didn't realize that when I switched from Walgreens to go to CVS! Looks like I might have to go back to Walgreens because they give people time to get things done!

I transferred my husband's prescriptions to a different CVS and was surprised when the transfer then set 'last refill' on CVS.Com to the date of the transfer AND required me to contact the new CVS Pharmacy for refills rather than have them automatically refill. So now I have to manually write down the legit refill date and call the new CVS each time I need one. CVS had no problem sending out mindless texts so why can't they create a seamless automatic transfer process between CVS pharmacies? The new pharmacist actually wanted my former CVS to fill the prescriptions ( 600 miles away) rather than do a transfer. How does one even respond to such a mindless remark? CVS: Do something!

I have chosen CVS because it is national and I travel. I have never seen a place so under staff (every where we go.) Also I give them 3 hours to fill my prescription before I leave to pick it up, even when I am in pain. When I arrive it is not ready and they say they will expedite it… 15 minutes. This happened today. I picked it up. … They just sent me a text to say it is ready, 3 1/2 hours later. Typical. Pathetic.

I would not recommend CVS for any COVID 19 testing. I scheduled a COVID Rapid Result test after filling out a questionnaire required for the appointment. I included the number of days I had symptoms on the questionnaire. The rapid result test came back negative. I was told that because I did not have symptoms for 5 or more days, the result may be a false negative. It was recommended that I do a drive thru/lab test for COVID. The questionnaire didn't give me any warning of a potentially invalid rapid result test if symptoms weren't evident for 5 or more days. CVS is double billing insurance companies with this procedure. Do not go there for COVID testing.

I generally like shopping at CVS. Be careful if you are checking prices on their site. The prices on their website are lower than the store prices. Most of the items I wanted to buy where .50 to $1 more on the website.

Online returns took 1 hour of being on hold, having to give info to a overseas operator, then finally being transferred to a rep. in the USA. There are none CVS actually locations like in CA and in CO, there are only pharmacies inside of Targets so returns are not possible.
