Disappointing experience I got a notice my medication was ready to pick up, but I was not able to go since I was traveling. I decided to pay them instead to have it delivered to my home address. I go through the process, pay the extra money for delivery, and all is well. I get a notification saying I will be notified once the package ships. However, that is when things start to go wrong. 1. I never got a message my package was being delivered. 2. The package was delivered to my old address. Even though I have verified, I entered my current address for delivery, and the receipt also says so, somehow it was sent to my old address of over four years ago. 3. I never got notification of the attempted delivery, I went physically to CVS to ask what happened, and they have the package - No information, no SMS, no email - nothing. It is not that difficult to give a better experience for customers. Fortunately, they are not the only place to get my medication.

They don’t deserve one star. This is the worst pharmacy and I have to use it. Every time I have to call they never answer if I call Walgreens I will get an answer wishing 2 minutes. If they are out of a medicine they won’t notify you an emergency prescription can take over a week. I have gone many times to check on the same prescription that are always on progress and their answer is you will receive a message when is ready mean while my daughter’s ear is bleeding. We are backlog. They should be sued or fined. Today I will go again to to hear the same story and is not just this time is every single time I have to get a prescription there. The only reason I go there is because my insurance doesn’t let me do it at Walgreens.

Horrible!!! Always a problem— whether in Frisco or Del Ray Beach Florida. There is always a system issue. If you call and automate your refills— never ready or they never received it. You go in and refill an order it’s never ready when they say or there was a mistake in the system. I am not happy with the customer service from CVS Caremark. Wish we had a choice. If I could have given zero stars I would.

24Hr. CVS Pharmacy at 890 St. George’s Avenue, Rahway, NJ. First: I wait in drive thru lane for over 30 minutes while the person in front of me waited to get their script filled, when I get up to the pharmacist and point out that they aren’t supposed to allow people to block the drive thru up while they wait for their scripts and I was informed, “well we aren’t a McDonalds, it takes a bit longer.” I told her, yes, because McDonald’s is smart enough to not have people sitting at the window for 30+ minutes! Now, I got stuck at CVS again because they’re the only 24hr pharmacies in the area and my 7yr old daughter has a 103 fever and the flu. It’s been 2.5 hrs and I am STILL WAITING for her script!!! Horrible service and horribly rude staff! Negative stars if I could!

I dont even want to give 1 star. They never answer the phone. Try the drivethru and they just forget you're out there. Rude staff, you get a refil for a specific day and it ends up being 2 days late because of a "computer glitch". and zero communication That's always their excuse. My wife has been using CVS for her prescriptions for twenty plus years. A new pharmacist comes in and decides to withhold her pain medication over her doctor's orders because it exceeds CDC's Guideline. Discussing logic with him is out the window, he thinks a guideline is a mandated requirement. Why do you think they call it a "Guideline"? Unfortunately even their upper management can't, or will not, override the pharmacist. It is a crying shame that a pharmacist can and does override a pain specialists prescriptions. This has been going on since the newby came to this location, now he is flat refusing to fill any of her pain medication; absolutely has no common sense. Can not believe they will cold turkey some one and actually think they are taking care of someone with chronic pain, poor staff and even poorer management to allow this to happen.

Live in Beaufort, NC. Since CVS took over all of another pharmacy that closed in the fall of 2019 getting any of your medication before they run out is just not happening. Again my husband's blood pressure pills have run out, 3 times in 3 months, been going to CVS for over 20 years but I have had enough they don't even seem to care when you call or show up and ask why they don't have it. The employee's there are in need of more help badly or that store want need anybody because people will go elsewhere. I already am because they are playing with people health here.
