If CVS cared about customer service, they would assign someone the job of reading these online reviews and learn from their customers.. But my latest experience with them proves to me that they do not. CVS's latest scam is this: emailing me a coupon for 40% off any one product for 24 hours, with the stipulation that the item cannot be on sale. I attempted to use my coupon for an allergy medicine. Turns out, they first identified me in their database, saw that I had purchased the item in the past, and subsequently marked it down (in this case $2.00 for a $26.00 item) so my 40% off coupon was not valid for the purchase of that product. Well, they won that battle but they lost me as a customer. Don't post a come-on and then scam me. I'll shop elsewhere thank you.

Always takes 3 hours. Always horrible. People are badly trained and RUDE! I often pay cash at WALMART on prescriptions that SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE IF CVS COULD GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER! ! !

I had 2 prescriptions I called to find out what the drug names were for them I was given the wrong info and got the prescription I already had. I needed the other one so I spent unessary money. I wish they were educated I was really specific about my questions. I'm disappointed and now I'm still sick. Needed the other one. I don't recommend

Why does cvs offer a drive thru when they don’t have employees to work the window. To make it worse the employees ignore the fact your waiting at the window. After 10 minutes of being ignored I ring the bell. All they say is they are with a customer. It’s clear that they need more employees. It’s disappointing the lack of customer service.

CVS is the absolute worse!!! I just transferred my daughters prescription because Frys no longer took my insurance. I would rather pay full price anywhere else than deal with this Nonsense!!!

If I could give this pharmacy a negative number I would. I called in a refill through their automated line, their robot. It was for a substance where the refill had to be ordered before I certain date— which I did order it before that date. I went to pick the prescription up and was told oops, it did not get filled and now it was out of date and they could not fill it. This will cause lots of problems as now a new doctor’s appointment has to be scheduled, taking time out of your work schedule to do that plus the waste of time of me going there and waiting in a line for probably 20 minutes only to be told I can’t pick up the prescription. It was their error and yet I’m the one who has to be very much inconvenienced

If I can give this a big ZERO believe me I would. They are the absolute worst then any place imagined. I went to go get a prescription that the automated system said was ready only to find out it was not and they were out of stock. HOW IN THE WORLD? I called it in a week ago because I knew what would happen just a gut feeling. Then I get told that they only keep ONE bottle at a time. I’m not an dumb. So what I think happened is that someone else was needing the same thing and took it from my prescription. NEVER EVER I’m I going back here again.
