What Happened to CVS?
The lines are incredibly long and there is usually only 1 person waiting on customers. And try to reach a pharmacist by phone. Either they don't answer or answer and put you on hold and don't answer. I overheard a pharmacist saying that staff was cut to save money. I have complained several times to the head office where, keeping in true tradition, I was kept on hold forever and passed through 5 people before someone would finally speak to me. This took almost 45 minutes. I was told the district manager would call me. He didn't, of course, and nothing has changed. CVS used to be friendly and fast. Now,I am never greeted anymore, I know no one working there and everyone "works" at a snail's pace like they dread working there as much as I dread the prospect of having to go there. It's evident to me that corporate greed has made you one of the worst pharmacies around, and you should be ashamed for not addressing the many problems you have caused your patrons.
