Since recently the stock of procedure masks are out of stock, I check the stock availability online everyday. Even I found there is stock in the early morning, the branch at 3475 Mckee Rd opens at 10 am, we went there at 11am, the staff at pharmacy counter replied no stock. She talked in Vietnamese with the other staff and answer me with wired facial expression. It was sold out? or you guys keep and re-sell the masks personally?!

Good employees, poor, poor corporate administration
Absolutely the worst. Oh, wait. It keeps getting worse...so...goodbye CVS.
Today's insult Last week: I dared to use their website to order a refill on a must have anti-convulsant for my daughter . Our physician will not take refill requests. We are ordered that we must go through our pharmacy. CVS sat on the refill request for five days. I called and they admitted that they had not handled my online refill request (of which I had a screen shot of the confirmation page). The pharmacist (yes, not a tech the actual pharmacist) said (after I'd explained that I'd used the website, "did you call? You should have called." Oh...excuse me. It was my fault because I dared use the web? He stated, "it often has glitches. You should call." So, the fact that my daughter is now having seizures (she has a lot, no way to know if this is from lack of RX, but...) is because I dared to order the refills online. I guess I didn't get the email that told me NOT to use the website option for refills. This is such insanity.
I have waited 28 minutes at their drive-through, only to be told that they can't find my RX, I leave, they they call me and say, "oh, we found it." My daughter has taken the same meds for years...every month...yet, they are often needing to hold the RX until they order the meds. This can be problematic when it happens over a holiday or weekend if we are running close to out since insurance doesn't allow too early of refills.
Several months ago I went to pick up an RX that I'd ordered refilled three days previously. It wasn't ready. When I stated that the delay was really problematic, the tech stated, "I don't know what I can say, but you need to know we are over two days behind on all RXs."
My list of concerns is far longer. But the day is short, so cutting to the chase,,,
Here's the issue: By and large, my sense is that this pharmacy is staffed by good and reasonably competent people wanting to do good work. They are understaffed and working to meet corporate goals that don't mesh well with outstanding or even tolerable customer service. I have read about the pinches that corporate is putting on all the big box pharmacies and I am here to state that the customers are NOTICING AND moving their RXs.
Later today I will move over $60K of RXs for my daughter/year to a local pharmacy. I am going to show my displeasure by leaving the circus that has become CVS.

Cvs in laconia NH treated very badly…
Cvs in laconia NH treated very badly by pharmacy workers and pharmacists herself!! Waited over an hour before they told me that she was going to be able to fill the script until the following day even tho it was dated for the present day because the previous month I hadn't picked it up until the day after the date it was filled! Very rude and demeaning.. they made it seem like I was a criminal. I took the same script up the road to Rite Aid and not only did they fill it but they did so within 30 minutes and the co pay was cheaper! I will never step foot in that CVS again..Take my advice go to Rite Aid people.

3401 W Walnut Hill Ln...it's frustrating as a customer to wait on hold 15 minutes.....first call....26 minutes....second call, before I finally was able to speak to someone.
I spend a lot of (to me) money in that store and everyone is pleasant and appears to be trying their best.
But, it's clear that the pharmacy is VERY understaffed.
So, corporates solution is to stop offering to let anyone contact the pharmacy staff.
Only the strong will figure out how to get through and then you just have to wait 20 minutes on hold.
This location is so convenient for me so I hate to transfer mine and my husband's prescriptions somewhere else.
But, I don't have the time to sit on hold for 25 minutes or more to speak to someone.
Step it up CVS! This has been going on for YEARS. This is just the first time I've complained.
But rating is referring to corporate.
Staff gets an A+.

The pharmacy staff always seems unhappy and overwhelmed, including the pharmacists, and it shows in their faces and the way they treat customers. I had an issue with the pharmacists not taking just a few minutes to talk to me about a prescription that was written "out of the norm" and caused my insurance to refuse it. It took days of phone calls and time consuming confusion involving the physician, his office staff, the insurance company, pharmacy supervisor and myself to fix. All because the pharmacist did not take a few minutes to bring the issue to my attention. I was standing right there watching her while she was filling it!
They are not cordial or helpful and this last time could have cost me over $275. I had to find an alternative and left while the prescriptions were being redone. I was able to further lower the cost using my home computer. When I returned and the scripts had to redone a second time I was met with more angry faces and attitude by the cashier who shuffled me back to the drop off window (again) and the clerk there treated me like I needed to be punished for disturbing the class.
I missed open enrollment last year but I will be taking a look at alternative pharmacies for my current plan offers. If none are available I will be taking a hard look at changing drug plans next year.
I keep filling out the reviews sent to me by email, which are referred to the store manager who reaches out, listens to my concerns and does nothing to fix the on going problems at this location.
