Every time I call the pharmacy I always go straight to hold. They NEVER answer the phone. Called five times in the last two day and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. They never answered so I hung up. If it wasn’t for my insurance I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. This also happened before the Coronavirus crisis. So that’s not an excuse. CVS Pharmacy on 2500 SW 22 St. Miami, Florida 33145 Besides they keep you on hold and then hang up on you a couple of times, now the new habit is they place label with patient name and instruction over the bottles expiration date so when i go pick up the medications i ask them to see the expiration date on the bottles, and guess what some meds would expire in a month and it was a three months supply. Ofcourse they dont like it but i returned the bottles and requested bottles with visible expiration dates. These are my mothers meds, poor elderly people that cant check. God help them.

CVS fails the community again. Get a grip CVS! Refill your shelves of disinfecting wipes and isopropyl alcohol! Increase the number of shifts! Just make it happen! As an healthcare player in our communities around the country you need to help limit the spread of COVID-19.

Terrible service. 903 Memorial BLVD Springfield TN CVS took 9 hours to fill a prescription, after arriving to pick up medicine at 9 with a text the day before stating it was ready. I understand that stuff happens but Penny gave the worst service ever, mainly because she had no empathy and her tone and look was like she could care less. VERY RUDE!

Terrible service. 6514 Georgia Ave NW, Washington DC CVS took 4 hours to fill a prescription. Worst service ever. Had to continually come back after being told it would be ready.

Never can get them to answer the phone.

Horrible customer service!!!! Took 3 hours to fill my prescription then didn’t have the correct info for insurance. They made me stand in lines again to correct info they should have had on file or asked be about while I was waiting for my prescription to be filled. I thought I would give CVS another try because of prior bad service-I’m going back to Walgreens

The CVS pharmacy in Cleveland on 79th and Euclid is the most disrespectful, rude experience I’ve ever encountered in my life. There were three techs last night, none spoke, and so I did. No response. I spoke again, “ we will speak with you when we are ready”..... I said ok. I’m patient. Ten minutes pass, nothing, they are laughing, chatting unprofessionally, dressed, rude, rude, rude. Finally, not the pregnant one, the one with the braids to her ankles said, “if you want to be served, don’t speak, we will speak to you.”
