This company is taking advantage of it old loyal custiners over the last 5 years they have change the way they do business and have raise prices to a point where, to me they dont care if they get your busines or not. Today i went to buy miralax and was charged 18.50. Online i found it on amazon and 10 other places cheaper. I got it for 9.50 same product that was the last thime i buy anytime from them. Good bye cvs

Used to be a big fan. We have used the local store for years. The pharmacy has become awful. Today was the last straw. Current advice is to practice social distancing and not go out unless necessary. This CVS refuses to pick up the phone. I had to go in to get them to fill a prescription because it couldn’t be done online. When I asked the pharmacist, K, I was told “we answer the phone after every customer is served” Really, K? It’s been this way for three days. I’m really glad you have decided to put others’ health at risk because you can’t be bothered to answer the phone. I’m also really glad that you seem to be above decent customer service and that you know better than the CDC. Good thing CVS is worried about customer health so much that all of the suggested restrictions to keep people healthy don’t apply. Moving on down the road to someone else who is a bit more concerned. This could be easily rectified by all calls being centralized. I could have gotten this done earlier but I don’t think K would approve.

I Live in Fayetteville NC and had a prescription sent to CVS on Legion.Rd. by my doctor. I am set up to receive text from cvs and did receive.one that said too early to fill that medicine will be filled on.the 20th. Which was fine and atimed perfectly. So having had issues with other cvs stores in the past I decided to call and confirm they will have the.medication.and that it will be ready on the 20th. I was assured it would be. A day later I called again.to just make sure and again was told it would be ready. Well I get there on the 20th and of course its not filled and they dont have the.medication. this was on a friday and was told they would have.it Monday. They sent me a text telling me it would be filled on the 20th and yet didnt have enough sense to erify they had enough medicine. Cvs sucks. They never seem to care about the customer and have the attitude that if you dont like it then go elsewhere. I would not recomend them at all.

Zero faith or trust Last month, pharmacy had none of the medication, generic or name brand, and was told it was due to an issue with ordering and with the distributor. My doctor calls a script in, against my better judgement, to CVS. Again, they are out of the medication. I guess it would be too hard to let the patient know or the doctor's office. Instead, I call, call it habit by now due to repeated issues with them not having medications on hand. They inform me that they are all out of the medication. Due to being put on hold for well over 20 minutes, my doctor's office closed while waiting on hold for someone to answer the call. Now, as if doctors don't have enough on their plates? They have to call, as in my case, the script elsewhere. And being another delay for me. Fortunately this isn't a life saving drug or it being a friday. And who knew! Now it is the government's fault because CVS didn't receive the new forms required to order the medication. And it appears they received them late. So how exactly is it that they have run out of the medication in under one month? I guess it was because they didn't have the proper forms. From what I understand. I was told the pharmacist, and it appears CVS pharmacists earn over $120,000.00 per year, who responsible for ordering the medications, was on vacation. No one to take over the responsibilities? They only have 1 pharmacist on staff? Did anyone check before the pharmacist left for vacation that they would not run out of medications, etc. Who to delegate responsibilities to I their absence? If not, why not? So I guess a pharmarcist's vacation takes priority and now, it's the government's fault. Because they didn't receive the proper forms. I guess, they had no idea about the change in forms? I forgot. Someone had a vacation. Don't blame the government. Don't blame the virus going around. This is just more of the same. Customers are paying for that vacation. Without customers there would be no job for someone who gets paid over $120,000.00 per year. I pity any person who places their trust or faith in them. And their stock is dropping. It doesn't sound like it is the government's fault and if it were, why wasn't the pharmacist in direct contact to follow up as to why the proper forms were not in hand. When patients were being told they were out of the medications. And there were delays. I'm sure they were given sufficient notice about any change in the forms. I'm confident that I am not an isolated case in having not been given fair notice, that they were out of the meds, and so as to make arrangements to fill the script elsewhere. And again, no one knows when the next shipment is due to arrive due to a change in the required forms. I guess that isn't part of the job responsibilities for someone who earns a $120,000.00 plus salary is it. Maybe they just need another vacation?

This isn’t my first time of experiencing horrible service from this particular cvs. Today just topped the scales. I for the 3rd time tried to reorder my prescription online. A couple days have past and still they say in processing so I call. I tell the lady Shirley the story of ordering and wondering what’s going on. I got a complete attitude about how 300,000 people want their prescriptions right now because of the outbreak. 1st this is not my problem and no reason to get an attitude with me when I’m calling about a prescription I can’t just stop taking. 2nd it’s not the first time this has happened. Apparently they need some retraining in stressful situations and how to deal with patients rather than take their stressful day off a mentally unstable person! They should know better. New Market, MD

The only reason I gave it 1 star is that there is no option for 0. I waited for 30 minutes for a prescription that 2 days earlier I was told was ready for pick up. The cashier was very rude and said she was going to expedite the process. I still waited and waited . I have to use the CVS Pharmacy in Mount Pleasant Pennsylvania I wish I didn't have to !!!
