Went to the doctor Monday morning because of a horrible sinus infection. My doctor submitted a prescription for a nasal spray to ease the infection. This is Thursday night and I still do not have the prescription.

PRICE GOUGING!! I visited the CVS in Churubusco In. to try to purchase some disinfectant wipes and spray among a few other items I needed. I realized they are basically price gouging during this covid-19 pandemic. I paid 4.00 more for Lysol spray then I had paid before the outbreak. I do realize this is not a large amount, however, any increase in pricing during this time of need is unacceptable and I will not be shopping at CVS ever again! Shame on you CVS!!

I was a Rite Aide customer for over 15 years, my insurance changed and I was forced to CVS. The Rite Aide store was poorly managed but each individual worker tried so hard to do a great job to help however they could to offer superb service. They got scripts renewed, coordinated the dates prescriptions would be ready, and more. The CVS (97th and Amsterdam) has knowledgable pharmacists but there is not a single positive thing to say about this pharmacy otherwise. Long wait times, no carry over from one visit to the next, no service whatsoever. You repeat your name multiple times, you pay higher prices, Today I waited on line while the pharmacist took 4 phone calls....are we not supposed to be minimizing exposure? The people at home are safe from exposure. I was there because I got a text telling me a prescription was ready, but had to wait on two different lines because one associate could not find it and sent me to a second line instead of asking for help. That is how they do things there (it was on the second line that I waited while the pharmacist took 4 phone calls until she looked it up saw that I was sent a text and then found the prescription). I write this because this is a typical pick up visit. .

If I could get a half a star to work I would. First off their coupons are a scam, once you load them in your card they show used so you can’t get again. The trick is then any of the good coupons “disappear” they then want me to dig through my emails and normally I would but we are suppose to get in and out of the store. So I said can you get manager real quick, the cashier grinned and said no find your email. I have so many of them it would of taken 10 minutes and in today’s current state not a good plan. So they can keep their stuff runout is they are not taking care of their store anyway so no reason to go here stick to Walgreens I will! Aweful place over priced false coupons . Run fast if someone wants you to go to CVS. Store on Kipling and Bowles but imagine all the same for coupons atleast Walgreens straight up about deals.

bought athermometer yesterday (CVS brand, flex tip $18.49. was assured I could return it anytime if it didn't work. Brought it back to the store today as I couldn't even open the packaging. some sales assoc opened it so I checked to see if it was working right then and there (I brought alcohol wipes with me). thermometer did not work; they refused to take it back due to new 'store policy' which states "due to covid 18 all sales are FINAL" the female associate who told me 'no' asked if I wanted to buy a new battery!!!!!!!?????? I also called corp headquarters. After over 1 hour on hold a young man in customer service told me the same thing. Too bad for me! Well, having spent thousands at CVS I will never shop there again. Praise all the gods and goddesses for Rite Aid, Stop & Shop, Walgreens etc.

NYC east 34 st location: Had 40% coupon and went between 2 stores one east 34 st and east 23 st. Each time the product was out of stock, so I went the morning after the expiration date and they would not honor it. I asked the manager and she told me they can't honor and I responded during these circumstances when products are so hard to find, when you actually find something to spend money on the 'right thing to do' by CVS is to honor a coupon that expired the nite before. Poor customer attitude and poor consideration of the issues we face today with the VIRUS. I won't be shopping there due to your inflexibility.

Robocalls are aggressive! The problem isn't the pharmacists or anybody who works for them. The problem is they have the most aggressive Robotic calling system in the world. I opted out of it years ago, in favor of texts. They have called and left dozens of messages on my phone during the last two days. On top of that, the number they have to call to opt-out again is constantly busy. They should try hiring people again, because their robot is the worst.
